Group of 7 with 3 kids and the bill includes tips which is not acceptable and somewhat force consumers to pay tips, tips culture is definitely questionable in this culture and i don’t think it’s a good practice, all service industry should always provide exceptional service to all people regardless of tips, curry beef belly is like chewing hard beef, 10-12 tables and be prepared to wait for dinner, street parking only.

Worst service ever. They charged the taxes on food but their receipt just only show the price. They don’t even have a standard receipt, they have english menu don’t have english receipt, just a chinese hand writting one. Bad waiter and waitress especially the guy, they don’t have customer service mindset. Wouldn’t come back here.

I honestly didn't have high hopes for this place because it's a traditional Chinese restaurant, so if the food here is good, the service is usually so-so, but this restaurant's food and service were both great!

We got here a little before opening and there were several groups of people waiting already! We were told this place was good, but we had no idea it was this popular. We seated ourselves since the restaurant was still working on setting up, but we were quickly served and our orders were quickly taken. My mom and my aunt ordered, so I unfortunately cannot name exactly what we got, but we got fried rice, soup (I've had this soup before, it is a darker color with a tangy taste to it), a veggie dish, spare ribs dish and a lobster dish. All of the dishes were delicious. I am normally not obsessed with fried rice, but the fried rice was amazing here! It is a darker color and it is very flavorful and a perfect texture of chewiness.

At the end, the servers even took away our dishes to box up all the leftovers for us, including the soup!

The restaurant from the outside looks narrow, but it is pretty deep with plenty of tables. I cannot speak for the parking situation since we walked there, but I'm confident you can find free street parking nearby.

Some dishes are better than others. The ribeye steak and egg tofu is good, but the salt and pepper pork chops were bland.

The biggest disappointment was the long wait time. We put ourselves on the wait-list and had to wait an hour and a half. There were people without reservations that came after us were seated before us despite being the same party size. I saw people staring into space taking their sweet time chewing for 1 to 2 hours while everyone else was waiting in the cold.

Squab only accepts cash and credit cards for other dishes. The waiter had an attitude of not wanting to eat. There is simply no service at all

Asked 2 times for ice water and still did not get it before we left the restaurant. The stir fry beef has a bitter after taste, fried pork is hella bland(no flavor), got burned and she apologized and skedaddled away. Honest review: Hella
