Group of 7 with 3 kids and the bill includes tips which is not acceptable and somewhat force consumers to pay tips, tips culture is definitely questionable in this culture and i don’t think it’s a good practice, all service industry should always provide exceptional service to all people regardless of tips, curry beef belly is like chewing hard beef, 10-12 tables and be prepared to wait for dinner, street parking only.
I honestly didn't have high hopes for this place because it's a traditional Chinese restaurant, so if the food here is good, the service is usually so-so, but this restaurant's food and service were both great!

We were looking for a quick bite. But, turned out for a late lunch kinda food.If you are looking for a good chinese restaurant around this area, this is your place.The food was great. Fairly priced. Not crowded since it was past 1pm
