Everything I’ve tried from here has been amazingly flavorful! I can’t recall trying anything that I didn’t enjoy, but the beef curry udon is probably the best I’ve had from anywhere. You can tell how much hard work the family that runs this restaurant puts into making the dishes they serve. I will miss this place so much when I move away from Bernal Heights, but will definitely return if I’m in the area!

An old white guy yelled at the staff tonight because of the wait! thats how you know this food is fire af ???. Plan to wait a little if you come at peak dinner time but the food is worth it and the staff is so sweet. a cute, cozy, intimate space. can’t recommend enough.

If you’ve been feeling a Khao soi shaped hole in your heart ever since returning from northern Thailand, be gladdened. This is the Khao Soi you’ve been missing.

Loved our dinner at Nute’s! The gyoza appetizer was incredible, and all the noodle dishes were delicious. The waiter was fast, attentive, and honestly impressive to watch given he was the only waiter. We felt like we were back in Japan with the small tables, paper lanterns, and cozy vibe. Only thing to know is the wait was quite long due to the limited seating- next time we’ll put our name on their list (paper, not yelp) and then get a drink somewhere. Can’t wait to come back and try some of the other noodles!

Great variety of flavors; a bunch of creative dishes and some fairly classic ones. The ramen broths are lovely, and it's possible to substitute vegetarian & GF ingredients.

Had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. Located in a prime busy Street filled with many other competitive restaurants which were all filled with people. I put my name on the waiting list, I was a party of one, so it only took me about 25 minutes to get seated. There were larger parties, who waited a bit longer. The place was clean, cute small and cozy. The service was great, and our server was amazing. ? Did a thorough job with cleaning each table in between customers. I narrowed it down to the curry and the Ramen, I ordered the curry and it was delicious. ?

The mushroom fries and Pad See Ew are some of the best in the city (and we've tried a lot!).The fries were still super crispy when delivered and the sweet/vinegar sauce was amazing with them. The Pad See Ew had great flavor and wasn't too oily! Highly recommend :)

Had a really disappointing experience at Nute’s on Friday 12/1/2023, because of the service and the food.TLDR - you’ll wait way longer than you’re told by the waitstaff, and their broth is salty AF.Upon arriving at Nute’s around 7pm, we were told it’d be a 30 minute wait to seat 3 people. We got our name on the wait list and stood outside to wait for our table. After 45 minutes, we weren’t too bothered since we could tell it was busy. Once 60 minutes had gone by, we went inside to check on our place on the waitlist and we still had multiple people in front of us. After another 15 minutes, we began asking the staff when we would be seated. They told us that they didn’t have a table for 3 available, and immediately after this, a group of 4 was seated ahead of us even though they were behind us on the waitlist. By 8:45 we asked to be seated at any table, even if we had to squeeze two people onto a bench to fit and we were finally seated.Since we ordered immediately upon being seated, 3 tonkotsu ramen bowls, we didn’t wait too long before being served. The broth of this ramen was SO incredibly salty. We were all so hungry that we just ate it anyway, and because we paid $18 per bowl, but damn - this was so disappointing. I couldn’t eat mine all and didn’t bother taking it home.Knowing what I know now, I won’t be coming here again. Maybe Nute’s has other food options that are better than what we had, but I’m not willing to wait for almost 2 hours when promised 30 minutes.

Cute little hole in the wall spot! Very small restaurant that can definitely get a bit busy/packed. The staff were nice and we were sat quickly because we got there on the earlier side!I tried the mushroom fries which were PHENOMENAL!! I got the creamy vegetarian ramen with an egg which had a very flavorful broth. The noodles were a bit sub par but still yummy. I'd definitely go back and try some of their more unique items!

This place is unbelievably delicious. Such a little hole in the wall that you wouldn't know about but this is some of the best Tonkotsu ramen I've had in San Francisco and pretty wonderful Japanese fare.

One of my favorite gems for Thai (+more!). Definitely try their mushroom fries, tebasaki, pad thai, khao soi... they do so much very well. The seating area here is relatively smaller though, so the wait can be a bit variable!

A cute Thai restaurant with friendly service. I ordered the Khao Soi Gai which was very much a comfort food while still being very savory and flavorful. The crispy fried noodles on the top paired well with the savory broth and soft noodles in the soup. Would definitely check out again to try out the other dishes!
