The first time I went to Octavia, I was blown away — the service, the food — it was just incredible. I had been dying to return ever since! Maybe I built it up a bit too much in my mind tho? This time it was great, but I would say it was a little bit too loud. (Maybe I'm just getting older and my hearing is not as good, but it was slightly hard to hear everyone of my table because of the music and just the noise of all the people talking.) I think next time I go I would like to sit out in the one of the parklettes — they looked really nice. The food was very good. The bread & butter is always lovely! For me, the standouts were the wine, the cucumber appetizer, and the desserts; those items were really great! The service was amazing, but maybe a little too efficient? At one point, I felt a little rushed. (But I don't do fine dining very often, so I'm probably just not used to that level of service!) I will say they were very flexible; we had two picky teenagers with us and the staff was extremely accommodating with their meals! We really appreciated that; thank you!!! My party of six seemed to really enjoy the evening! We will recommend to others and be back ourselves!!! Thank you!

We had a nice time at dinner. Service with Eli and staff were wonderful. The food was so good. We did the tasting with the wine pairing and it was good. We left full and satisfied. Ambience was nice and everybody was great. Def will come back again.

I ordered the spaghetti, it was fantastic! My husband ordered the taglitelle with chicken, this was also lovely, but I won on best order! We started with the tuna crudo, which was superb and the duck pate, which was also very good but the puff pastry it was served with was cold as if it had been refrigerated over night and not fresh. The service was excellent, we were even seated early. Would love to go back!

What really stood out to us was the sourdough bread super elastic, warm, and with that perfect tangy flavor, absolutely incredible.
