I chose Ofena to have my office holiday lunch, which was a group of nine. The place is nice, looking freshly remodeled (which I believe it is). Service was good and attentive. I had the Ferrone sandwich, which was very tasty and came with a side of pickled vegetables. Most of my group had the lunch special, which is a cup of soup, a half sandwich (diner's choice) and a small salad. First time eating at Ofena, excellent restaurant, food and ambiance. Celebrated 2 birthdays and for the holidays. Only disappointment was I expected a birthday dessert for 2 guest which I checked in advance for but wasn't done.
I had an amazing experience at Ofena Restaurant. The food was outstanding from start to finish. My favorite dish of the night was the soft polenta with truffle mascarpone creamy, rich, and absolutely unforgettable. The bone-in steak was cooked perfectly to a juicy medium rare, and the gigante beans were a surprising highlight rich, flavorful, and beautifully seasoned.
