Fantastic food and even better service! Stumbled upon this restaurant and after abysmal service from every other restaurant I’ve tried in SF, we were blown away. The galbi tang was piping hot and so comforting and the pork belly was so delicious. The drinks were very good and also reasonably priced! The highlight of our night was definitely our amazing server Hazel. She was so incredibly sweet and personable and really made everything 10x better. Would highly recommend if you’re in the area.

You would be fool to not come here. Hazel was a star of the evening with her exceptional service and the team of Ollei providing such exceptional food. There is no doubt you need to come here regardless if you are a tourist or local. As sharing the experience I’ve had with Hazel and Ollei exceeded my expectations by a mile

Had a fantastic dinner at Ollie! The chicken was cooked to perfection, and the corn cheese was delicious. Hazel, our server, was very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend this place!

Portions incredibly small, beef brisket stew had very little beef brisket, maybe only a couple of strands. I was expecting a meaty, hearty stew but instead, I got a soup that tasted like vegetables and was somehow burnt and bitter. Overpriced for what it was. Do NOT recommend if you are looking for a Korean soup
Food was good, nothing special but server girl was so polite and chill. Went here during lunch time and drank a little bit with my friend and to be honest, I think we had loud moments and server girl was just checking in on us and was helping us without being rude. Atmosphere is really nice and food was good. Overall pretty good experience.

This is our go-to Korean spot in the neighborhood!
The food here is full of flavor and portions are so filling. Definitely recommend the tteok bok ki with ramen:) We also ordered the soft tofu soup with pork and it was great!
Taylor was extremely nice to us! Even though the restaurant was packed on a Saturday night, service was extremely quick. It's also great that they’re open late nights on the weekends, too. Will definitely be back for more!

My sister and I found this place when we were going around Polk St looking for lunch and I can say that this was worth a try!
We ordered the kimchi fried rice with beef and pork dumplings. The dumplings were juicy, but I thought that the kimchi fried rice was missing something. It might just be because I'm not used to this restaurant's flavor too. The portion was pretty big and service was also great!
Please try this place out!

Their grilled mackerel was top notch. I have no idea of what they do. Probably air fried it? However they made it, it was absolutely amazing. I went to this place two days in a row for the mackerel.

decent korean restaurant in russian hill but nothing outstanding about it. even for a weak korean food city like sf, there are still better to choose from.
chicken wings: pretty tasty and well fried. could be spicier
tteok boki: solid
If you are looking for authentic Korean food, you should visit this restaurant. There is a hidden jam place near Pier 39 that I discovered. The Dolsot Biblimbaob was out of this world. The pork melted in my mouth and paired beautifully with the red chili paste that came with the dish. There are large portions of food, but they also have one-person soup dishes. We were very pleased with the service; her name is Britney. There is no doubt that I will return to try all of the dishes. I am very impressed with the size of their portion once again.
There is no doubt that I will return to try all of their menu items!!

We waited upwards of 45 minutes and then found out from the hostess on shift that our place in the waitlist had been cancelled and given to another party. The hostess on shift was unprofessional and rude.
My advice, save your money and don’t go to Ollei. There’s much higher quality Korean food in the area, with better service.
