Love the ambience, and the server is nice, but the food was horrible. We ordered wagyu smashburger. The meat is dry, overcooked put on a stale bun. Also, the truffle fries had zero truffle flavor, no truffle oil or salt, just plain fries. How is it that I'm eating this kind of food in Grand Hyatt bugs me. I've been to Grand Hyatt San Diego, Seoul, etc, and their food is exemptional. This one is disappointing.

It's a bar restaurant. Not bad, but not amazing.

This is easily one of the worst hotel restaurants I’ve been to. Food options are terrible, or embarrassing, whatever you prefer. The restaurant itself is about as inviting as an Amtrak waiting area. I mean, this is a 4-star hotel, “Grand” Hyatt. In San Francisco. Really?
(Service folks are friendly though.)

Enjoyable cocktail lounge with a sense of luxe and nice friendly and fairly attentive service.

Nice cocktails, although I was disappointed to see that the margarita featured pre mixed ingredients (it tasted good mind you).

Worth checking out if you are staying in the Grand Hyatt.

This was a nice hotel lounge, and the service was good, but the food seemed obviously frozen and cooked in an air fryer. Very expensive for what we were served.

Very kind servers. The wings were very good and crispy. The fries were slightly undercooked but still good.

We stopped by for a cocktail and beer on our first night. You get a small discount if you’re a Hyatt guest (you must provide your room # and show the discount card provided by the front desk). Service was friendly but it was a long wait to get our cheque.

Went to the bar for a drink. $21 for an overpoured Gin & Tonic. Outrageous....The non welcoming bartender must be confused...ratio is 1:3 not 3:1The bar settings / seating is ok... not great. Plenty of better options around.

The bar is a really good place to sit. And you can easily watch the barman mix things. The cocktails taste good too.
We also had breakfast there in the restaurant opposite. There is a small buffet here with egg dishes, potatoes, toast, bagels, sausage, cheese, salmon, cornflakes and fruit. That was really good by American standards.

I don't recommend it at all, I went with my partner, it took them an hour to serve, the pasta left a lot to be desired. In its favor I will say that the rib was very good. But the worst thing is that when it came time to pay, the waiter demanded that we tip 18% and did not let us leave when we had tipped 15%. Which I consider was enough for the treatment, the quality of the food, the waiting time and also that they did not have ice cream for dessert when we asked for it.
