Disappointed meal for a Four Seasons property.
While Anton the server was pleasant, knowledgeable and very kind he was clearly by himself on a busy Friday night. Appetizer came out incorrectly, pasta cold, burger overcooked. No manager present.

Decent food and good ambiance but the service was lacking. Staff interrupted conversation regularly and food came out at different times for a larger party which meant many were waiting too long to start eating. Likely well not come back.
I recently dined at Orafo and was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service and the quality of the wine selection. The staff was attentive, professional, and truly made the experience enjoyable. However, I was a bit disappointed with the food, particularly the main dish. I ordered the fettuccini with shrimp (which normally comes with mixed seafood, but I requested only shrimp). While I appreciate the restaurant's modern, local take on Italian cuisine, the dish missed the mark for me. The pasta felt unusual and lacked the traditional Italian flavor I was expecting. As a result, I couldn't finish it, and my friend ended up eating it for me. I left still feeling hungry, which wasn't ideal, especially considering the high price point. Overall, while the service was top-notch, the food didn't meet my expectations for an Italian restaurant.
Amazing service, food, and drinks! We stayed at the hotel for our anniversary and decided to bring our extended family here for dinner. We became well acquainted with Anton, an outstanding staff member who served us as both waiter and bartender. His attentiveness and skill truly made the evening memorable. His self-created drinks, which were featured on the menu, were not only delicious but also incredibly creative.
All that being said, I highly recommend!

Nice with an upscale atmosphere. To our disappointment Four Seasons fell flat with our dinner dishes at Orafo and flopped with our server. We ordered the lamb and Branzino with the Octopus as our appetizer. The lamb was undercooked and pink, the Branzino was tasty but the octopus was rubbery and unchewable. The wine selection is superb and no complaints with the selection. Michael our server was unprofessional, rude and short with us which was uncalled for as we were friendly paying customers. He rushed us to pay our bill and treated us like low class citizens. My wife and I will never return here.

I went in for their new Executive Lunch offering. I chose the salad option over soup and the Chickan Milanese over the Rigatoni Pomodoro. The salad was simple but very flavorful with lemon zest and olive oil. The Chicken Milanese was executed to perfection. The sauce left me scraping the plate to not waste any remaining morsels. The tempo of the service was quick but not too rushed. The timing was good for a work day lunch. It left me satisfied but not overly full. I will definitely be back.

I work in the financial district of San Francisco and Orafo at the Four Seasons is my favorite secret lunch spot hands down!! I love this restaurant. The food, the drinks, and the staff are amazing! Rami the bartender serves the best Aperol Spritz's in town.. not too sweet and sooo refreshing, Iran the server is a delight to talk to, and Nico the food and bev. fellow is so charming. I couldn't even choose what is my favorite food because I loved it all every time. You will not be disappointed, Orafo is amazing!!

This is not a four Seasons quality. The octopus was not fresh, tasted rubbery. The rosemary was overpowering on the fries. The salad was drenched with dressing. The branzino was just okay. Disappointed overall!
Awesome cocktails and service.Food is OK and quality is a bit inconsistent.Chill vibe.

Our reservations were for 8:30pm, we got there at 8:10pm but were told to wait until 8:39 and we understood. However, we were told 5 minutes varies times but we were finally sat at 8:50pm. We didn't get menus until 2 people from our party had to get up and ask what was happening. We placed our orders but we didn't eat until 10pm + We did get complimentary champagne and the waiter was nice and tried but the wait time for everything was horrible. Yes, it was December 31st and not until the end of our meal and a heavy paycheck later is that we were told that there is only 1 kitchen and 100+ guests ordered in. If we would have known that ahead of time we would have wasted time and money on this place. We were disappointed from the moment we walked in. Food was tasty, but my girls stayed hungry despite it being adult portions and the octopus was extremely little for $28.
The gentleman who took my coffee order and brought me water during breakfast service was outstanding. I gave him the tip for my entire bill. He was the star of the show. My server took my order and brought my food, then ignored me for over a half hour while my credit card sat on the check. The gentleman referenced above took care of me and found someone to process my payment. (I Imagine the gentleman who helped me - and provided the only customer service in the entire restaurant - is one of the lowest paid people on the payroll. Ironic that he's the only one doing any work / caring about the guests.)
Not on par with what the Four Seasons brand usually brings to the table. If I happen to be in the neighborhood and need a quick drink I might stop in, otherwise I won't come back or recommend
Food is amazing! Love the restaurant dining environment and the waiter Matthew is sooo nice and professional! Will come back for sure!
