I went in for their new Executive Lunch offering. I chose the salad option over soup and the Chickan Milanese over the Rigatoni Pomodoro. The salad was simple but very flavorful with lemon zest and olive oil. The Chicken Milanese was executed to perfection. The sauce left me scraping the plate to not waste any remaining morsels. The tempo of the service was quick but not too rushed. The timing was good for a work day lunch. It left me satisfied but not overly full. I will definitely be back.

I work in the financial district of San Francisco and Orafo at the Four Seasons is my favorite secret lunch spot hands down!! I love this restaurant. The food, the drinks, and the staff are amazing! Rami the bartender serves the best Aperol Spritz's in town.. not too sweet and sooo refreshing, Iran the server is a delight to talk to, and Nico the food and bev. fellow is so charming. I couldn't even choose what is my favorite food because I loved it all every time. You will not be disappointed, Orafo is amazing!!

Our reservations were for 8:30pm, we got there at 8:10pm but were told to wait until 8:39 and we understood. However, we were told 5 minutes varies times but we were finally sat at 8:50pm. We didn't get menus until 2 people from our party had to get up and ask what was happening. We placed our orders but we didn't eat until 10pm + We did get complimentary champagne and the waiter was nice and tried but the wait time for everything was horrible. Yes, it was December 31st and not until the end of our meal and a heavy paycheck later is that we were told that there is only 1 kitchen and 100+ guests ordered in. If we would have known that ahead of time we would have wasted time and money on this place. We were disappointed from the moment we walked in. Food was tasty, but my girls stayed hungry despite it being adult portions and the octopus was extremely little for $28.

Friendly service and cozy ambiance, the 3 star is solely for the food. I ordered a salad with chicken and chicken was incredibly dry. It was hard to eat. The salad itself had a little too much olive oil and taste wasn't great.

The gentleman who took my coffee order and brought me water during breakfast service was outstanding. I gave him the tip for my entire bill. He was the star of the show. My server took my order and brought my food, then ignored me for over a half hour while my credit card sat on the check. The gentleman referenced above took care of me and found someone to process my payment. (I Imagine the gentleman who helped me - and provided the only customer service in the entire restaurant - is one of the lowest paid people on the payroll. Ironic that he's the only one doing any work / caring about the guests.)

Not on par with what the Four Seasons brand usually brings to the table. If I happen to be in the neighborhood and need a quick drink I might stop in, otherwise I won't come back or recommend

The four season known as a luxury hotel chain also known for their exceptional service n exquisite dining experience. However not all of their restaurants live up to the high standards set by the brand. Had lunch with friends yesterday at Orafo in sf that we found to be only okay and nothing special. The service was professional and attentive as one would expect from high end establishment our server was great to accommodate my friends who were both wanting to order from the breakfast menu which was already finished and he was great to accommodate their orders…While the food at this four season was well prepared n presented it failed to impress me in terms of flavor n creativity. The lunch menu offered a range of dishes but they seem to lack the innovation and excitement that one would expect from a luxury dining experience. This branch I felt more of a business hotel with a business dine n go style restaurant. In conclusion the service was professional n ambiance pleasant the lack of creativity and flavor in the food.

Was there for Mothers Day for their Jazz Brunch and Bubbles event. The staff was great (gave us a free drink!) but the food was very underwhelming (scrambled eggs on Benedict?? Sahara-desert-dry waffles, etc). The 'jazz' was a guy playing sax in the lobby with a beat box. Disappointing for a Four Season venue.

Simply put it was all quality from house made pastas, the the wine selection, the incredible menu, the service, and the beautiful but unpretentious atmosphere. It was not just a meal but an experience. I had the best squid ink linguine with clams I've had outside of Harry's in Venice, Italy but without the need to travel. The uni butter sauce that came with the linguine was a first and a perfect trifecta of seafood flavors that all worked together for one delectable and subtlely cohesive flavor unit. The all-pro server Rami, helped us pick an amazing white wine which paired with everything perfectly. I can't recommend this spot enough.

Beautiful restaurant with delicious food and great service. The dealbreaker was that there was a huge influx of people at the bar, including kids, which changed everything. Who brings their kids to a bar on Saturday night? What kind of restaurant allows kids in their bar? I don't want to hear kids screaming when I'm spending $200+ for a meal. Never again.

Bad service more interested in the basket ball game than serving customers Overcharged no apology for it Food not good enough Panna cotta is a brick, no wobble there Still Awaiting refund Avoid !
