Osha Thai Restaurant and Bar (Embarcadero)

I used to live going to OSHA. The decor is great and it's in a nice, open space. The food used to be great. And the restaurant had a buzz. We went last night and were disappointed. The space us still great but the food disappointing. The pork belly wasn't cooked properly and there was more fat than meat. It was also very sweet. The yellow curry had more potato than chicken and the chicken was tough. For the quality of the food we had the price was high and I expect we won't be going back again. Too bad. Osha used to be a great Thai restaurant.

I took my team there after Dreamforce this year. This would be then 15th year that we have visited Osha. The service is great every time and the food is delicious. I highly recommend this place.

Brunch is exceptional - fresh and savory ingredients. The roti pancakes were so filling, it felt like it was expanding in our stomach afterwards. Thai iced tea is a must. Plenty of parking at Embarcadero.

Food was fantastic. They had gluten free options which worked out great for my cousin. Service and ambiance was perfect for 5 cousins to get together and catch up.

Average food at an expensive price. Service was not attentive. I would not go back.

They pressured us to give the table back, but we had not even been at the table for an hour yet. This was a business lunch, so it was a little awkward to have to cut things short. I would suggest not paying the bill until you are ready to wrap up your meal, or better yet, go to a different restaurant.

I don’t think I’ve had worst service from a sit down restaurant in my life. The lady working at the reception and waiting tables has a real attitude and takes issue with everything. She didn’t like it when only 18 of our party of 23 arrived first (the rest were like 5min behind). She didn’t like it when we didn’t move our chairs forward when she’s clearing the table. So she almost like yelled at us to move our seats. She didn’t like it when part of our party was standing and socializing. Once again, told us to sit down in a scolding tone. I mean if you hate people so much why are you in the SERVICE industry. Thinking about the size of that automatic large party tip she got at the end of dinner makes me mad. Stay away from this restaurant. Yes the food is decent but you can find the same stuff all over the bay area.

A little surprised when they served my orders. It seems like i get more than what I ordered. The platter is good and fried calamari 👌👍

Delicious

This restaurant is outstanding, the staff treat you like family, always attentive and warm. The food was absolutely delicious, full of flavor and cooked to perfection. The atmosphere inside feels welcoming and comfortable, making the whole experience unforgettable.

It is simply no worth it.

Fabulous flavor with amazing cocktails. Dishes were delicious and highly recommend. Service was impeccable. Portions are average you can order a noodle, rice or vegetable dish as an extra and take home.
