Otherwise Brewing is a dedicated gluten free brewery and beer bar, described as a fun concept and a great hidden gem. It is noted as possibly the first exclusively gluten free beer bar for some visitors. The atmosphere is fire, with loud and edgy music, making it feel like an edgy Cheers. The staff is very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable, happy to offer tasters and recommendations.
The gluten free beer options are top tier, with the biggest selection many have found. Specific beers enjoyed include the pale ale, the IPA, the stout, Cactus Kiss, Guava Fresca, and Dolores Dubbel. The beer is amazing, even for a usual beer hater, and friends without gluten worries also enjoy the high quality beer. The food and snacks are delicious and amazing. It is a lovely craft gluten-free local brewery where those with Celiac disease can enjoy themselves without worry of cross contamination.
A mentioned downside involved merchandise, with a glass breaking due to insufficient packaging. However, the overall experience is perfect, leading visitors to eagerly return for more.
