Over The Moon Creamery is a small ice cream parlor serving the creamiest ice cream, a hidden gem on Chestnut Street. Flavors like Oreo espresso and salted butterscotch are popular, especially when served in a chocolate cookie cup or a chocolate chip bowl. Unique flavors like Butterfinger, whisky praline, and PB and J are also delicious. The cookie cup and cookie ice cream sandwich add to their charm. Freshly baked cookies and indoor/outdoor seating create a heavenly experience. A must-try is the Cookie Monster on a waffle cone, with friendly staff offering helpful flavor suggestions and samples. This small marina spot provides tasty treats and excellent service, and the ambiance is laidback and nice. There is some seating in the back area, but it is hard to see from the entrance. The shop is open late, making it perfect for late-night cravings.
