Came with a group of 9. It was a very spacious spot, that looks like it would be very lively as they have some sort or stage and dance floor. But we came on a early Sunday evening with kids so it was quiet. The food was really great. Everything sounded good, looked really good and tasted just as good. I had the garlic shrimp with oyster and butter sauce and I added a side of rice and macaroni. It was so good! It was a bit pricey at $18 for just being only shrimp by itself but I think the menu is meant to be family style, which we didn't do. I would go back again to try out the rest of the menu.
Great spot for food and drinks if you’re in the neighborhood

Wing Wednesdays are awesome! Also I have to note moments of gratitude since businesses don’t have to go out of their way to be nice to a paid customer once they leave. I dropped my Invisalign tray (right after I changed it too!) at the restaurant and they remember me from the day before and called me to let me know they found my tray. I was embarrassed, but grateful that they picked up my tray so that I could continue my teeth alignment. lol. Thank you!! :) and also the wings taste fantastic!!!

Went for their wing Wednesday deal. Not all the wings taste great but it's a good value. Got seated in a weird corner but it was okay. Staff was pretty attentive which was good.
Food and atmosphere was great!

No real atmosphere. Just a bar with a TV, and some food. Could easily find better food, nicer places, same values nearby.

We happened upon this place and although empty except for one table of 6, we thought it might be good. It was NOT. I truly have not had food this bad since forever.
I ordered the oxtail noodle soup. Soup was tasteles, oxtail was not soft (needed to be boiled more), and noodles were tasteless. It was called oxtail soup with bok choy. I swear there were 2 pieces of bok choy. I asked for salt hoping it would help, it did not. Simply awful.
My husband ordered the pork belly tacos. He ate one of the 3 tacos and left it there as it was not good either.
We ordered 2 sides - the Mac and cheese (was ok) and the edamame (over cooked and tasteless).
This all cost $54 - not cheap but simply not good at all. Don’t expect this place will last as it shouldn’t. A miserable experience.

We hosted a large, private party at Pa'ina for >120 people and everything was amazing. I worked with Beung and Tracy during the planning process and they were both incredibly kind and accomodating. The restaurant itself is spacious with multi-levels and private rooms that worked perfectly for such a large event. We were able to use the main speaker systems for music, the large screens for personal slideshows, and we karaoke'd in both the private rooms and the main stage. Our guests constantly raved about the delicious cocktails and food. We would highly recommend booking an event with Pa'ina!

Came here for lunch with a small group and it was meh. Food looks a lot better than it tastes, it lacked flavor in every dish we ordered. Restaurant was mostly empty during the lunch hour so it wasn't crazy busy. A female server was very nice, but a male server sort of tricked us into ordering more add-ons and made it sound like they were included when they were actually extra charges, and was a bit snarky/judgy when we declined further add ons. Probably won't be coming back. Better to keep walking into Japantown for tastier options.

Secured a reservations for 8 with some friends and kids.
Ordered the family platter for 6 and it was more than enough food.
The wings are on point, kalua park had a smokey flavor to them, garlic noodles had ample amount of garlic flavor, and their spam musubis were pretty fire.

It was even more delicious than the Hawaiian food I had in Hawaii. The cocktails were especially amazing. The owner personally made some of them, and even though I usually can’t handle alcohol well, they were so good I couldn’t stop drinking. It was such a fun night.

Took 30 + minutes for a basic meal. Wait time way too long for an empty restaurant. Food was subpar .. Dry , bland , and the garlic fries are sorry as hell ! Frozen krinkle cut fries with a half teaspoon of garlic placed directly in the middle. Dont go unless you prefer mid food , wings are probably decent since they promote it the most it seems

We had Father's Day lunch and ordered family style for group of 12. We ordered two sets of the seafood and assorted food platters. And kimchi fried rice with egg. Everything was delicious and plentiful so we had food to take home. I love their garlic noodles and have ordered totchos before which are yummy.
Very cute place with Hawaiian vibe
