Stopped by Club Mari's with friends for some pre-dinner drinks! Pictured here are the Japanese summer and Kyoto night drinks. They were incredibly sweet, to the point where you couldn't taste the liquor in them which was a plus for us. The Popsicle was a fun touch! The decor was very cute and service was quick and friendly. On the night we visited, it seemed more like a spot to stop by quickly than one to hang out for the night.
I checked out this place with my father and I noticed that it had very few seats for a bar so we had to sit in the corner. The waiter was very nice and attentive to our order. Also, I love the bamboo decor of the place and how the bar is set up, I do wish it was a bit bigger. I ordered a beer and edamame. The beer was pretty good, and I liked the edamame. I was on a date and we wanted to get pre-dinner drinks while waiting for Udon Mugizo - he said "I know a place" and took us to a hallway in the corner of the mall that looked a little abandoned and a lot seedy (in that moment I wondered if I should've shared my location with someone).
