Like a Shiny New Coin at SFO! I had a wonderful experience at Panda Express in SFO Terminal A! The restaurant shines like a brand-new coin — spotless, welcoming, and filled with warm smiles. The staff’s customer engagement is outstanding. My meal — vegetables, chicken teriyaki, and kung pao chicken — was pristinely presented and delicious. Panda is truly a fantastic dining option at SFO!

On their menu they specify that a plate is $12.99 (not including taxes). I was charged $17.20. There's an upcharge in the SFO airport then if you were to go to another Panda Express. It's not a big difference but it is worth noting

While waiting for my morning flight at SFO, I stopped by Panda Express and had a good experience. The food was okay, but I would've loved a bit more sauce or seasoning on the chow mein and fried rice However, the customer service was top-notch, especially the cashier who was friendly and efficient. The great service made my wait more enjoyable.

Terrible service!! Wasted 15 minutes of my lunch break waiting for some shrimp; only for them to give most of the shrimp to someone ahead of me. Instead of communicating that there wasn’t enough shrimp, after already waiting 15 mins, the workers just sat there whispering “there’s only 11 shrimp” then just stood there saying nothing then proceeded to help other customers as if I wasn’t standing right there.

It was my first time at SFO Airport during ny connecting flight and I was craving some food. I didn't know that there was a Panda Express at this airport as I was scrolling through the directory as I walked past a long line during lunch.
Once I got to ordering my food, the staff was very professional and had gotten my order correctly. Everyone was working fast and hard getting through everyone's orders quickly. The payment was very smooth and the cashier was very kind.
Panda Express is a great addition to the airport! I'll be coming again during my time at SFO. Excellent customer service!!

So excited Panda Express finally opened at SFO (Terminal A, pre-security)! 🙌 You don’t even need a ticket to come in.
The new breakfast bowls are delicious (fried rice, eggs, bacon), and they even have boba drinks now. Tons of favorites too like Eggplant Tofu and Orange Chicken. Most importantly, the staff was super friendly!
Definitely a spot I’ll be stopping at often before flights! ✈️🐼
