Best burritos in San Francisco for sure. Their refried beans are vegan (traditionally they have pork), and they don’t skimp on flavor at all. Service is super fast, and the carne asada is grilled in the moment.
Burritos are huge and last me 2 meals. Solid vegetarian selection!

Been getting burritos from papalote for years about once a week. Amazing grab and go spot that is both quick yet still with fresh ingredients. Great vegetarian options too. You can never go wrong with a super burrito.
I don't know if I was just hungry or if they have the most best tasting burrito I've ever had in the city! it had like this hint of lime and barbecue delicious flavor going on -can't describe cuz I don't know what it is exactly but it was a chicken burrito and I swear Ive never ate a burrito so fast.

I ordered delivery from here. The burrito was a good value. The homemade salsa was also pretty good and had unique flavor, but the chips were oily and did not taste fresh, so this spoiled my appetite a bit.

I ordered the 2 fish tacos for pickup and a burrito. the 2 fish tacos were packaged in a ball of tinfoil and soooo soggy and smashed. it was just mush. And the burrito had hairs in it....
I ordered delivery two days ago for a soyrizo burrito, veggie quesadilla & chips+salsa. The only perceptible flavor was SALT. The quesadilla was so salty it was inedible. The burrito had so little guacamole (which is an additional charge) that I thought they'd didn't add it until I found two little pieces of brown avocado. Same for pico de gallo--maybe a teaspoon. The rest of burrito was stale rice and super salty soyrizo. I love eating local, but I ordered chiplote after I had to trashed this $45 (!!) order. Appalling. PS: chips were good and salsa was OK, though not traditional pico, it tasted more like bottled salsa. t

This was the worst thing that could have happened to me while ordering food. I had just been in the hospital for a few weeks and when I got out, I wanted a burrito and some good chips. I ordered an option that didn't list as having any dairy in it, instead it showed "sour cream" in the extra options. So I ordered it without cheese and cream, and when I finally got it at home, I noticed it had a lot of sour cream in it, and the amount of chips was small too, even though the burrito said it came with some chips, and I paid for extra chips on the side as well. I couldn't eat the burrito I had been thinking about for so long, as I have a moderate milk allergy. It was just a disappointing experience overall, really ruined my day.Dietary restrictions: Confusing
