We found this place on our trip to SF, after a long day in Golden Gate Park. Wow! The food was tremendous, the sangria delicious and the vibe like a tropical vacation within a vacation. We had the sampler platter, the mofongo, fried plantains and coconut flan. So glad we found Parada 22. Yum!
We were on the Hop on-hop off bus, and we hopped off in Haight Asbury. Looking for a coffee and ended up having lunch. The pork quesadilla was to die for. OMG!!! The plantains were sweet, soft, and delicious! Have to stop there on our next trip.
My wife and I came to celebrate our 35th anniversary and were thrilled to find a restaurant representing our beautiful island of Puerto Rico. The service, atmosphere, and food were absolutely superb. We recommend it 100%—a true taste of home and a perfect place for a special celebration! Kudos to Walter. Thank you so much. By the way we came from Tampa, Florida.
