Sunny day? I recommend pork bahn mi. Cloudy and cold? I recommend beef bahn mi. Generous portions, good prices! Keep in mind: beef is stewed- it tastes amazing (so rich and flavorful) but, best eaten right away
I also love their matcha latte. I order it iced and unsweetened with their pandan foam on top
Ambience is great with a corner location and big windows. I’m spoiled to live right around the corner from this spot!

I came here for their pandan salted cream coffee and it was strong and delicious. The food here smelled really good so I gotta come back some time
Absolutely delicious! Food is authentic and flavorful, prices are reasonable (for 2026) and the portions are quite large. More fast casual than a restaurant, but perfectly fine for me! Snap is the pork Bahn Mi, and the Ube Hazelunt coffee. My neighbor ordered a vermicelli bun and it looked amazing too.
