It’s great to have a casual dinner spot right in the Castro, perfect for dinner before a night out.

Went with a group of 6 and had no problem grabbing a table on a Saturday night. The service was quick, food was hot and fresh, and vibe was warm. Nothing flashy, but gets the job done.

I ordered the calamari and I was blown away away by the lightness of the batter. The tenderness of the calamari, and the portions was generous. Rare these days do fine good calamari. I also ordered the creamy pesto linguini OMG with shrimp and again very generous with the shrimp. It was so good I sent for a second one. I ate like a little pig, but I do delivery almost daily and this I have to say is the best I’ve ever had. I might order sushi occasionally but from now on...

This is our favorite place ( only place) to eat i the Castro. The prices seem pretty reasonable by city standards. The service is friendly and quick but casual not formal.
The pasta is really good. Perfectly cooked.
there are a variety of dishes available. I like the basics. One glaring omission for me is chicken parm which I was really in the mood for.
i do think the prices may have gone up a little since last time. They have good garlic bread...
