This is such a fun concept! Food is excellent and it's such a fun weekend pop up. Short line and fast service. Huge variety of baked goods and a rotating savory lunch entree item. Check their Instagram for their menu!

Be a hero to your friends. "Wow! Thanks for the (fill in insanely good pastry here)"
Be a champion to The City, combat SFs reputation by directing tourists walking by towards the tent.
Be a fiend to your pancreas. Look at all those pastries! Let me count my Weigh...screw it. Pastry cream is my friend.
Be greedy. Eat and eat and eat. And, what is that one? Can I have one of those too? Eat more. When only one pie is left, don't say "you can have it" to the next person in line...give them some credit, they wouldnt have said it either.
Be spoiled. Never eat a Frenchish dessert at anything less than a Michelin listed restaurant ever again.
Be obnoxious. Tell all your friends "this is okay, but I know this Fren...". Watch their eyes roll. Roll your own eyes at their lava cakes and sacher tortes.
Be cold. It's the outer Richmond / Land's End region. Brrrrrrr.
Be glad you read this review now. The French Riviera is calling, and aint no one getting any younger, you know.
Minus one star for errant golf balls landing in the chocolate mousse. Fore!
Vegetarian options: Lookout for the meatloaf mousse.
Dietary restrictions: Lactose intolerant? Sorry.
Parking: So weird, it's the only place in the city with actual parking. Damn it, should have kept my mouth shut.
Kid-friendliness: Most kids are very friendly
Wheelchair accessibility: It's on the sidewalk, so yeah

If there is one positive thing came from the pandemic, it is Philippe Delarueās ingenious idea to open up a bake shop here in front of his flat. Itās one of my favorite places to invite friends on Saturday or Sunday morning. You canāt go wrong with any of his goods, but my personal favorite is the bread pudding. Delarue will generously add his āadults onlyā whiskey sauce upon ordering. He is too humble to bring up the story himself, but ask him about his journey here ā including stints in Le Mans, Paris, London, and Montreal. I canāt locate the article anymore but I think he once had the honor of baking for the queen! āŗļø

My last SF trip, my friends and I went bakery hopping to 5-6 bakeries. Out of all of them, B Patisserie was our favorite. I knew I had to come back again and it was the only bakery I went to this time. I even packed take out boxes to bring them back home with me to San Diego so it wouldnāt get squished. They have the most unique and addicting combo that I have not found anywhere elseā¦.almond banana chocolate croissant! So many Kouign amann flavors (original, pumpkin, basil, just to name a few). The chocolate croissants are amazing! The dough and puff pastries are so flaky and soft. Thereās always a line but it goes fast because itās the same items on both side of the glass display. Parking was minimum 2 hours.
First time here, we bought pear tartlets, napoleon, cookies, muffins, macaron..
No pictures because they are so delicious and we finished all in few minutes!
