Some bartender (I think black guy but I forget) was really unfriendly and rude valentines night, I literally do not think he cared that we were there
But overall a great bar
Blonde girl and cowbow need some hospitality training.

Going to Peacekeeper for a fun night was not the ultimate experience we hoped for on a Friday night. After standing in line for 30 minutes at the bar, with the bartenders taking orders of folks standing behind us, it augmented an already bad vibe in a bar that was already severely overcrowded and with very limited seating. Staff friendliness is an additional topic to be discussed during team meetings, which should be led by your door guy, because he was the only kind soul we came across at the bar.

I have been here a few times and it’s always been a good time, the drinks are great. I had an odd experience last night when I came in. I was sat at the bar with my partner, reading over the drinks menu when the bartender (longish hair, two sleeve tattoos) rudely took the menu from us while we were reading it, and handed it to someone else. There were multiple menus to the left of us in a stack, so I have no idea why he would take it from us when we were clearly looking at it, and say absolutely nothing. It felt intentional and extremely rude.

There was a dude sexually abusing my friend and the bar tender and bodyguard ignored us yelling and kicked out the guy defending the abusee but let the abuser stay. They are gross and support violence.
Good time

My nice suede leather jacket was stolen at Peacekeeper. I took my eyes off it for 2 minutes. And when I told the staff they could not care less.
Look, I get it, this stuff happens, but it shouldn’t happen for your group of bars if you’re trying to curate an upscale experience, and when it does happen, your staff shouldn’t be so flippant as to be, without exaggerating, the worst staff in SF.
If you read my Google reviews I’m almost always effusively positive. But this is just shameful, abhorrent.

Restaurantji Recommends
Quiet / mellow but not great non-alcoholic options
Be careful when you pay with card, they charged 50 dls more
Beautifully done bar (as usual). Wonderful staff that works together so flawlessly, its really as though theyre family. I always feel taken care of. Great cocktails, chill relaxed vibe during the day but also a chance to dress up for a night out in the evening. Special shout out to Desi for being a strong woman that dont need NO MAN. (the entire staff is incredible though) LOVE YA

I can’t say for certain what happened, but something about my experience here didn’t sit right. I asked if I could sit outside, and when the bartender brought my drink, he said it was “free”, but the way he said it didn’t feel sincere. I could be wrong, but I left with the unsettling feeling that he may have spit in my drink. Management should take this seriously and ensure customers feel safe and respected.
