Whenever I visit this coffee shop, I'm often impressed by the quality of their customer service. The staff are nice people, thoughtful, and well trained. Visiting it is a joy. Serious bonus star for being connected to a great bookstore.
Shout out to Jazzy, Raghu, Julia they were phenomenal, very attentive, and have great attention to detail just amazing customer service! I've never had so much fun in a coffee shop before! (Everyone was happy and dancing)
The Peet's Coffee on Van Ness Ave is quite, safety and relaxing. Good customer, next to the bookstore, and other restaurants. Relaxation to drink coffee and reading book, customer are mostly middle ages(elderly) in safety, and several restaurants to eat by taking on many bus. Couple and elderly occupied inside/outside at the bookstore.But the workers might be not be friendly in their short conversation. Anyway, good and fast service. Any hours, always more than 4 people entering...
