Very comfortable location to relax with a cup of coffee and pastries. There are lots of sitting area and the place feel warm and inviting, much better space than Starbucks.

I was enjoying my coffee peacefully, when this worker approached another person. He head just purchased a coffee and say down. I couldn't get this workers name, because he refused to give it. But he was literally verbally berating this person for being homeless. Calling him trash and says he doesn't deserve to be here. The employee is an older man with glasses and a bald spot. Watch out for him. I'm not going to this Peet's anymore. I usually go to Starbucks on Divisidero. I promise I will not go to this Peet's ever again.

Peets is a local business that hit the big time. I like the coffee and selections, and the staff. It's always clean in there. I have been going for at least a decade, and often order Peets online. But are they the only place still charging more for non-dairy milk? So archaic and cheap cheap cheap of management.

Love Peet's..... a forever customer am I. The coffee is always on point but I order before otherwise have a seat & reflect on your day a bit. The food is ok, never understand why they discontinue food that's always selling ( carrot muffin, Mediterranean egg thing, raisin bagel)

Very good customer service and K-9 acceptance along with the great coffee it has a very nice old style ambience. The wraps are delicious along with the cakes and cookies! The gr8 thing about Peet's is your take home bag of toasted coffee is done at time of order, and is neatly bagged and warm ready for whet you get home and brew the first of many delicious pots of coffee

Sadly, the coffee quality has gone down hill so much. It’s not even as good as gas station coffee now. The coffee I got this morning is only lukewarm warm. And it’s very diluted. Bad.

This place has become my ultimate sanctuary. It feels like a second home to me. I make it a daily ritual to spend my days there with a comforting cup of coffee and a delicious muffin. The staff is incredibly sweet and friendly, making each visit a delight. Since discovering this place, I haven't felt the need to go anywhere else. I absolutely adore everything about it. Highly recommended!

Friendly baristas; nice atmosphere for working, studying or quietly visiting with a friend; quality coffee; convenient location; reasonable prices; awesome hours (the earliest open in the Castro)

Conveniently located but their quality of a latte has lots of room to improve. The flavor of the beans is nice but somehow the latte feels heavy with lots of milk used.
