I’m Peet’s coffee lover I’m from Marin county I saw on my drive way Peet’s coffee shop have a few line I need to go restroom 1st I asked her can I use a restroom ambika is really disappointed to me. It scared me that their drink is so inconsistent. Ordered strawberry matcha but end up so watery and sweet. I ask the receptionist guys to add matcha powder and he just straight up put in 2 scoop with out understanding the concept of blending the matcha powder first. Like how do you work at Peet’s and think it okay to add powder matcha into ice milk and it would dissolve?? Every sip end up so nasty.

I had a great experience at this Peet’s Coffee location. I had to wait for a few minutes for a barista to get my order, however, the coffee was great including the food which was also fresh. The place was also clean, including the restrooms. Overall, I think it is a nice place to stop for a coffee break.

Personnel is extremely polite. Quaiet atmosphere makes it a good place for a business meeting. Indoor/outdoor seating gives patrons variety of comfortable settings. Food is an average one: drink I ordered has kinda reduced flavor but was blended very well compared to my previous visits to couple of Peet's

Terrible service. Ordered a coffee. Waited 20 minutes and was continuously told it was coming. Finally they said it wasn't in the queue. No apology, no offer to make it right away. Manager showed no care for her employees, or the customers. Will not return.

you pay almost 8$ for this drink and they can’t even fill it up, that’s ridiculous. always nervous to come here because of how inconsistent their drinks are and how i’m worried i’m going to get a drink like this. why would a barista think this is okay? How embarrassing. i would like a full large not 75% full with foam.. the foam didn’t even go up to the top.

Oct 17. I went with a friend to get a warm drink. My company wanted tea, but the male barista seemed more interested in talking to the other female barista. He seemed really dismissive by pointing to the back to indicate the drink selection for tea. She wanted to order some food, but was told it was already out of service. Her tea was boiling hot, she asked for some honey. Unfortunately, the small packages she available were sticky, dirty, and undesirable to hold.

We requested some fresh packs, but they only offered the packs already available. A male barista wanted to charged an extra cent for a pump bottle of honey and also offered to pour it himself from the dirty container. He went to the self-service station to add honey to her tea, but never returned it. Instead, he simply left it there without letting us know it was ready. We turned around to see the drink open and left immediately, without a care. We were both upset – the drink tasted terrible, and the barista's treatment of us made things worse. As a result, we decided to throw it away. He was more interested in chatting with the barista than providing good service. Providing tea options wouldn't have been unreasonable. Offer a choice of temperature and let customers know honey is available for an extra charge. Additionally, keeping the service station clean would be appreciated. I don't want to come back. Probably, the baristas here are better than the customers.

Got a cold brew with almond milk and hazelnut syrup! Out of the places I have tried a cold brew in sf, this was by far my favorite! Peet’s Coffee reminds me of a better Starbucks. They are super friendly and are quick to give you your order!
I am used to coffee shops having more flavor options than vanilla or hazelnut, but that was all I was told they had, could have been miscommunication.

Truth Integrity

I’m disappointed in my coffee today. They don’t fill it to the top and when I ask why they don’t fill it to the top they just offer to add milk. I can add milk myself. But I like my drink strong.
