Food was ok. Service could be better. Tip was added to the bill without letting us know.
Best food you can find in San Francisco.

As others have said, food is ok, but they try to fiddle to card payments. I caught them out.
Tourist trip and we were the only ones in their apart from a few Chinese people who appeared to be well known by the 2 staff
Food was ok and came out in a reasonable time.
When it came to the bill, the waitress moved the credit card machine to the screen where I needed to enter the PIN. I saw her add an extra 0 to my bill. Should have been $50.71. She typed in $507.10. I refused unless she went back to previous screen. She did but it just showed the tip amounts 15% or 20% or 25%. I asked to go back to the screen before and she them claimed she couldn't speak English and went to get someone else.
What appeared to be the manager came out and did the same putting the screen on the PIN entry. I again asked to go back and she just kept saying tips are automatic and I have no choice. Of course I knew they weren't as I had seen them with the last person.
Voices got raised. Things got heated when I refused to pay unless I could see the whole thing. In the end they gave in and as if by magic, the tips weren't automatic.
Be aware of what their game is when you pay the bill. By the time you realise they've fleeced you, you'll probably be back home in another country.

Warning ⚠️, They will charge a extra service Fee , plus 18 % on Tip.
Choose other place.
My ticket was $25 and the lady push it up to $39 , when I asked she told me because a extra charge of service for each people on our party 3 , plus a 18 % on Tip.
I can pay $200 for a good dinner, but I don't like when places like this steal any dollar from you , adding imaginary fees.

I rarely have harsh reviews on restaurants and don’t want to be too negative for small businesses but how this restaurant runs needs to be exposed. First off they hide the dimsum prices and don’t show you what they’re charging you. In the end my meal ended up having an automatic 18 percent tip which they never indicated anywhere they do. The food itself isn’t special it’s just normal dim sum which doesn’t at all make the pricing worth it. Looking through all the other past reviews from years ago they have the same complaints which shows they’ve been able to get away with this and it needs to stop. The service was eh, the male server who seemed to be the manager was good at paying attention but the rest of the staff was ignoring me left and right. Definitely not worth an 18 percent tip! There are plenty of other places nearby to eat at so save the trouble and go there.

Medicare food, bad service, ridiculous pricing. This place overcharged for everything and tried hiding it. Don’t waste your money and go to the other small businesses in Chinatown, atleast they’ll give you actual good/decent food even if it’s overpriced.
I never write reviews but the I feel like I have to for this terrible restaurant, like all the reviews say this place overcharged a ridiculous amount and included the tip without having any signs indicating that they automatically add it. The regular menu and dim sum menu was suspiciously hiding its prices. Normally with places worth the quality then the price will justify it but again like the reviews say the food was below average. Their service should’ve been a red flag for us not to eat there. Constantly ignoring us and going out of their way to give us the least amount of attention possible. I get it’s San Francisco and inflation is high but with how much you’re paying you would think the food is amazing. All these people saying this is an “authentic” experience are clearly trying to cope for eating at this sorry excuse of a restaurant. I usually love hole in the wall restaurants but in this case it’s just not worth it. Please go to the other Chinese restaurants and avoid this one at all costs!

We came for Dim Sum. Loved every item we ordered.
The Shui mui, Black pepper beef and Pork buns were some of the best we have had in a long time.

We ordered the standard dinner for 2 thinking we'd get a good sampling. Very mediocre. Tasteless from the tea to the rice.
