The serving size was huge, and the xlb were one of the better ones I’ve tried in SF. It was pretty quiet on a Friday night.

My bf and I were looking for a good spot for a late after work dinner, and found this Pho restaurant. The host was gracious, and we sat quickly. I had the house special noodles and he had the beef pho. Portions are huge, prices are very reasonable, and everything was delicious.

We came here for a late night meal after watching our friends musical play. We ordered an assortment of Vietnamese dishes. From bahn mi, to pho, and to a vermicili bowl. We also got some xiao long bao & shrimp papaya salad.

Ryte next door to Safeway on Monterey Ave. back in the day it use to be a very good family owned Chinese food spot. Now house by pho dong Huong. I don’t frequent the place but it is open late so comes in clutch at times.
The chicken pho is good with flavor, a little oily but not horrible. Some type of pho is usually the go to order here haven’t tried much else.
Also ordered the shrimp spring roll, with peanut sauce. They were also ok.
They are open late with consistent food and fair prices. Check em out on the late night hype!

If you’ve enjoyed pho at any point in your life AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST. I really needed pho after a long day of traveling and was hopeful this place would at a minimum be okay but it gave nothing. Like literally the broth tasted like nothing at ALL. No amount of hoisin or fake sriracha could save it. It was so bad I left the entire bowl full and went to get tacos instead. The Thai tea was also hella bad. If you like milk w ice then go for it.

HARD PASS.

I used to love food from this restaurant and used to order a lot from DoorDash and they gave me $50 coupon multiple times which I used by ordering on phone and picking up from their store and the coupon says that clearly for in store purchase. But they insulted me in the store, after being a loyal customer since pandemic. Probably going to take action via California department of consumer affairs. Never going to step in or order from them.

Please make the Thai teas a little stronger, they were so watered down I couldn't finish it and had to throw it out.

I'm a lyft driver this place is open until three o'clock in the morning and it is amazing they have a little cheesecake that is so spongy and moist . The pho is amazing Also the steam dumplings are to die for and a reasonable price thanks for being always friendly. Just love this place.

pork banh mi hit the spot and was $7. house noodle soup w fish cake was alright ($14). taro milkshake was good but the boba was definitely some weird packaged jelly stuff, not the real thing. had weird music playing the whole time that made it slightly uncomfortable.
