Love this place. Been going there since about 2006 or so. Whenever I'm in the City we try to make a trip here. Food is good, generous portions, quick and the atmosphere is eclectic. Bathroom best used for emergency use only--not the best.

Best Pho I've had in the city. I love that they have the XL size. The Banh Mi sandwich was delicious as well.
Ordered 5 spice chicken rolls, lemongrass chicken plate (received wrong item first but they replaced it with some attitude), hong kong milk tea. None of dishes were spicy or flavorful. Not coming back.

I’ve been coming here for 15+ years for their pho and imperial rolls. Even after moving to the east bay I still drive out for pho ha tien when I can’t shake the craving! I’ve tried a lot of places but none have the same rice paper deep fried rolls like they do. The beef broth is so good and not fishy either. Love this place and seeing the same faces behind the counter whenever I come in.

The BEST Pho I’ve ever had!! I got the Pho Tai (number 3) and added veggies. The broth was so fragrant and herbal, meat super tender.
Other pho places will give you sliced carrots and cabbage if you add veggies, but here I was served super fresh and crispy boc choy.
Service was amazing as well, everyone is really sweet. New favorite spot!

If you want good Pho, come here. If you are looking for a fancy restaurant to eat at, don't come here. I ride a motorcycle through SF on Sundays during the summer, and it's always cold. So today, I decided to try out Pho Ha Tien. The Pho I ordered was fresh ,hot, and delicious ?. They gave me a cup of hot tea with my noodle soup. Unfortunately, I only took a couple drinks of it because it was served in a plastic cup made for cold water. I'm worried about consuming micro plastics. Other than that, everything was great. I will return.

Horrible customer service. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. I’ve been a regular customer since grand opening but due to my recent experience for my daughters birthday, I won’t be returning. It was really bad. Believe me, there’s better places with genuine people and excellent customer service. Please don’t waste your money here.

Delicious, authentic Pho. The broth takes me back to Sacramento and the restaurants on Stockton Boulevard. As for the thit nuong, I wasn't expecting it to be unmarinated, but it was prepared perfectly. The cha gio (eggrolls) weren't the usual style - less veggies and more fried - but were excellent for their own style. Service is brisk and efficient.

Spring roll came with a fake peanut sauce that had water above taste. I got vegetables pho that was filled with large broccoli and big mushrooms and no flavor but steamed water. Ugh.Paid my bill and told them I can't tip because of how awful the food was. I only had one spoonfull of the pho and got up to leave. The cashier didn't seem to care about my feedback.
