Phở Tân Hòa offers a delightful dining experience with a variety of Vietnamese and Chinese cuisine. The restaurant serves rice noodle soup, fresh spring rolls, and crepes. The broth is consistently spectacular, and the rice noodles are soft and waxy. The beef offal is cooked to perfection, and the Vietnamese coffee is a classic black coffee with coconut milk. The portions are generous, and the dishes are flavorful and authentic.
The service is friendly and accommodating, with quick response during busy lunch hours. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible with double entrance doors, and parking is available on the street with a paid machine. It is a great spot to enjoy rice noodles and egg rolls, which are perfectly cooked with excellent crunch. The restaurant is kid-friendly, making it a good choice for families.
The restaurant is one of the best quality Phở in the city, established in the late 1980s. The current owners, who are brothers, used to be employees at the old joint before the former owner retired sometime before the pandemic. The soup base, the Vietnamese dashi which is the soul of Phở or any Asian noodles, is made by simmering beef bones for hours. The ingredients are a variety, including rare beef steaks, beef tendons, tripes, flanks, brisket, and beef meatballs, as well as fresh herbs.
