This place has great food and atmosphere. We had dinner with family and enjoyed every moment. The tapas are amazing. I recommend the roasted artichokes and the calamari. The paella was on point and the sangria is really good. 5 stars!
I've been going to Picaro every time I visit San Francisco. It hits every time. I recommend it to everyone. If you don't go you're missing out. The octopus and potato is a must

This place is an institution. Amazing service and old school, authentic comfortable ambiance in a city that keeps getting shinier and flashier. The price point is fantastic, especially during happy hour....
