Unlike the other reviews I have read about this place, the food was actually pretty good. The Service is down right disgusting. I waited in line for 10-15 mins well I watched an employee surf the web, eat and drink playing on her phone and just look at us as if we were an inconvenience for just waiting to order food. Once she was ready to assist us I asked if she can please was her hands. She looked and me and told me “no I won’t wash my hands, what do you want?”. We then argue for 1-2 mins with me begging her to wash her hands before servicing me food. Her final answer was no!!!! It took another employee to come over wash her hands and assist us. When I asked the RUDE EMPLOYEE what her name was. She replied “my name is GOING HOME”. I run a business, if this was the way my employees treated people I’d FIRE THE ENTIRE STAFF LOCK MY DOORS AND CLOCK IN MYSELF. There’s no way the franchise owner is allowing his business to operate this way.

I paid $17.22 and food was so little I know that there’s scales for food but I got so little rice and when I ask the server she’s very rude and look like not happy of her job no customer service and not satisfied with what I got from what I pay. Will not recommend this to anyone.

Similar to Manchu Wok in O'Hare airport bit better. Take 2 items or 3 items includes rice or noodles. I wouldn't say it is the best but not worst either. There are not many good options in this terminal beside Wendy's.

Ate this at the airport. First time ever. The noodles and vegetables were as bland as the people serving. No smile, no greet. She didn’t even listed to what I wanted. Messed up twice. And the food had literally no flavor. You can see in picture how vegetables are leaking water. The only thing good was the message on fortune

Great food! It's pretty much like Panda Express. I'm so happy they had Gluten Free options as I have Celiac. I will be ordering again. I loved the food I got and hope they expand their GF menu.I had a three item combo of the bourbon chicken, green beans, and Thai curry with steamed white rice. It was just like eating at my old favorite takeout food spot.It was about $23 for a 3 item combo and a fountain drink. Not too bad for airport and GF prices, but a bit pricey. The 2 item combo was $13.99 before tax and 3 item combo was $16.99 before tax IIRC.December 2023
