I got the mango pomelo drink with half sugar, but it was basically just a cup full of crushed ice that tasted like ice water. At over $7, this was incredibly poor value for money.
The best bubble tea I've ever had and I have tried many. Can't wait to go back.
At least I have knowledge now
Good drinks but man, do NOT put your phone number in their kiosk. It was the only machine I did that for all weekend and now i'm spammed like crazy. Maybe it's a coincidence.
Came here for the Cherry Blossom festival since it was the last day. We used the kiosks as it was packed and efficiency seemed best this way.
We ordered the black pink swirl which is peach and coconut ice cream swirled together. And we also ordered the Lychee Grape with salted cheese foam, lychee jelly, half sweet.
The order came pretty quickly and I will say the swirl was tasty! I was hesitant on the lychee grape my wife ordered but it was actually pretty refreshing. The lychee jelly is something I really like.
All in all, a busy day today here but the service was quick and the satisfaction was met!
their thai tea is gross
Strawberry milkshake was not special in any way, but still solid as a non-caffeine option!
The worst service I have ever had! We bought 2 boba, well unfortunately 2 of them got broken, 1 fell on the ground, 1 fell on the chair, the bottom of the cups are very fragile. One of the staff promised to give us another one. To be honest, we don’t really care because we know it’s our fault. But we got exactly opposite attitudes after the mess was done. It is very unfair to be treated like that as a customer to be asked by him “isn’t it my fault?”
I don't usually like ice cream but once I saw they had peach flavored I knew I had to try.
They have a regular check out stand with a person or you can use the Kiosks they have on the side to order.
We selected the Thai Tea swirl and the soft served peach ice cream on a cone. They ran out of cups.
You are able to get a spoon and us the cone as a cup if you don't want to eat it the traditional way.
It was a yummy treat!
awesome

Thai Tea Tornado (regular sweetness - store recommendation): The boba was decently chewy, it could have been just a bit more chewy. The thai tea was just a tad too sweet. I just wished they put more thai tea leaves to making it, or adding less milk, and make it a little bit stronger.
FINAL REMARKS: Would come back if I have no better options. Not terrible, but could be better.
Says it's open when it's not.
I want to share that today as of 09/23/24, I’ve checked before hand if the store was open and on google it said that it’s open. However I arrived to the location at Westfield mall concession, and I got there, apparently the store was closed. Wasted a trip from Hayward just go get boba and my trip was unpleasant today. I come here to see if the store can update their store hours or say that it’s closed, so they won’t misinform their customers. Thank you
sweet and refreshing so yummy ^.^
