The pizza I got was freshly baked however, I don't remember Pizza Hut sauce tasting too sweet? Also, like everything else in the city I think these are a bit overpriced. Wish they had the prices on the shelves and not get surprised at checkout. Needless to say, won't be repeating.

After confirming pizza would arrive between 5:10 and 5:20, at the latest, pizza arrived 35 minutes late—from the very latest eta they had originally confirmed. No apology given, the girl who answered the phone hung up on me 3 times in a row, thinking I’d stop calling I guess? Maybe it was so busy she thought ppl wouldn’t notice if she kept hanging up on them? Unsure. Then, instead of refunding the delivery fee, (even though the entire order should’ve been refunded) she refused and said the online quote should’ve told me 2 hour wait instead of a 45 minute wait. Interesting...who’s fault is that? Definitely not my problem. Be accountable, admit when wrong and do the right thing. Also, I told her to forget abt the order, that I no longer wanted it and she had the audacity to tell me it was already out for delivery. Haha just terrible. Now I have to call my bank to reject the entire fee.
