I ordered a poke bowl from this restaurant and found a hair on a piece of edamame. I contacted the restaurant via their website over 1 week ago and received no response.
I hope they contact me to help understand how this occurred…this can happen but not receiving a response after this experience is not up to par imo.

Edit: changed to 3 stars following restaurant’s quick response.

Pokebola has been a go-to lunch spot for me, but it has its ups and downs. On a positive note, the poke bowls are often good, with the fish usually tasting fresh. However, there have been times when the fish seemed a bit freezer-burned, which was disappointing. The portion size leans heavily towards rice, and although it fills you up, it can sometimes overshadow the fish and toppings.

4.5 fish quality is fine but nothing great. Prob worth coming back for convenience. Salmon seemed better than tuna. Spicy sauce wasn’t the best sauce, try ponzu and add cutie slices
