Food was good, but the staff was rude and the food over priced. 80$ for a 20 piece family meal is ridiculous. When we asked for more sauce they treated us as if we were beggars and not customers. Other franchises are much more friendly and accommodating.
I've been using for years. But this time they gave me the super cold food, the cashier had it next to her, she was not where she should be to wait, and there being so many people there in a group, I talked and talked, one of them treated me badly, she told me that I didn't know what my order was. They gave me only 5 ketchup for 25 pieces of chicken, I asked if they could give me more please and they ignored me, there were no napkins or utensils, I put it in the instructions... Why are there so many people there, if they don't even help, what a hindrance they are 🤦♀️

First time being at this restaurant and it was amazing. The service was quick and simple and the chicken was juicy and delicious. If you ever find yourself near this semi-hole in the wall restaurant, I highly recommend the chicken sandwich with the yuca fries. Amazing first experience.
