We set an appt for the afternoon and I received the following quote: $300 for key fob, $250 for second key - confirmed also her text. This is after answering several questions about my car over the phone, make model, start type, etc. Esther arrives and first thing she tells me is that since she can't open the door, there is an extra charge for that - $195. Well, now I'm stuck and I need my car. So I say ok - what am I supposed to do? Then some issues about programming, she needs to call the dealership, etc. Well, folks. After the $550 quote, the charge was $1100. YES, $1100. DOUBLE. I would never recommend or use this business. I would absolutely have called someone else if I had known about their what-seems-like shady pricing. Btw, I don't have anything particularly fancy for a car, it's a Ford Flex. Bottom line: call someone else. EDITED TO ADD: I called this am and asked for an itemized receipt, I also let the person on the phone know I was unhappy with the service. I was told to expect a receipt and phone call within two hours. That was about 8 hours ago - nothing. Check their yelp reviews.
