We've been eating there for years. It seems they've elevated their menu and the food is really good. Our waitress was fabulous. We were able to park right by the door. No complaints at all. We love Presidio Social Club!
As a neighbor to this restaurant, I am very disappointed with the front of house, food, and menu, service and overall it's just gone very downhill. I don't know that I would ever recommended at this point and I don't know that I'll return anytime soon.
Very good food/wine/cocktails. Friendly, efficient service. Nice room.

Such a disappointing experience. We waited 45 minutes for our main course only to receive undercooked steaks and weird tasting tomato soup. The server was great but couldn't offset how bad everything else was.
Been there before and much better, however, the food this visit was hohum! Hyped up this restaurant because of a previous lunch there. Took friends from Canada there. Maybe the menu was definitely different and more limited for a Sunday. Truly disappointed.......
Again, we had a delightful brunch...the deviled eggs with Bellini was an excellent first course, followed by the croques monsieur and crab salad. Window seat on a clear mild day...back deck was luscious. I heard rumor the restaurant may be closing...that would leave me sad!
We got there early and they were so accommodating even though they were technically not yet open for dinner. They allowed us to order drinks and appetizers and got a server out on the patio before they were scheduled. Lovely ambience and great unique cocktails. The old fashioned was a little watered down from the ice but the Negroni was perfect. Excellent salads and apps. We are vegetarian so the only recommendation would be to have the 2nd veggie entree be something other than pasta. The wines by the glass were more interesting/unusual than was typical -- north coast Zinfandel and the Sicilian Mt. Vesuvio white wine were both excellent. The red wine needed to be a tiny bit cooler but all in all a lovely evening. We were sad to hear they will be closing in a year because the new lease will be too expensive so fans make sure to head out and give them your business this year, maybe we can turn it around.
Fantastic brunch, creative menu, great service.

Food is very subpar. I actually returned my chicken salad bc it tasted so off I feared getting sick. Ordered a pasta that was terrible. My partner had a good spicy rigatoni and the drinks were decent. Will not return
Our first time to the Social Club. The drinks and food were good and our waiter was very friendly. Two of the items on the menu we were interested in were already sold out. When you're served eggs with toast, it would have been nice not to ask for salt and pepper and butter. The 80s mix was fun but loud. We both left still feeling hungry despite paying $50 each.
Would really like to know the current status of the restaurant closure. Staff does not appear to be informed and does not know how to respond to questions. We were there to say “good-bye” to one of our favorite restaurants. The media reports appear mixed and give the impression you are closing very soon.
Great service, food wasn’t that great. Prices were way too high. Portions small.
