Proper Food is mostly a grab and go food store in terminal one. They have a decent selection of sandwiches, salads, and snacks, and the salmon was very good. But, even for airport locations, the prices were really high. $20 for a small entrée is just too much no matter where you are. But if you don’t mind the prices and are looking for something quick to grab on the way to the flight, this is a good option.

Good selection! Pricing is avg for SF but it will cost you (all items are 15-20$) but tasty and good portion size. What you see is what you get which is awesome.
They have individual portions a la carte of the proteins but I wish they had some vegetable cups or something to supplement, maybe brussel sprouts or broccoli or squash
Plenty of seating aswell and well maintained. Chopsticks available on request
Recommend the curry tofu! Rice is just ok but with the curry it is tolerable
Menu pictures included. They have many options like tofu, salmon, steak, chicken. I didn't see any lentils or shrimp which could be good to add

Turkey avocado sandwich had exactly one thin slice of very brown avocado and off-putting lemon aioli. And it wasn’t even cut in half.
By far the best airport stand I’ve seen while traveling the US. Plenty of organic options, and their staff was very friendly and accommodating! ☕️

Got the teriyaki tofu and broccoli bowl—really weird flavor and very mushy. Was excited to see a healthier option at the airport that had good reviews, but this was not worth the $15+ I spent on it because I couldn’t even finish it. Other food options here might be better, though.

Fast, healthy, several options. I recommend getting some soup as a side.

Im grateful for the vegan options. I bought the coconut curry tofu & the flavor was very good w kick of spicy.
Please note that their food is pre-made & only headted there.

For $14.35 I got the Chicken BLT wrap. Feels like I paid too much and it doesn't help that I came back to buy another lol. It was just that good.

Ample seating options and the crispy chicken wrap was amazing with a slight kick from a buffalo aioli.

This place is so good. Perfect spot to grab something to take on the plane with you.
Pleasantly surprised by the quality of food, reasonable prices (for San Francisco and an airport), and the friendly staff. The Asian man at checkout was so friendly and pleasant to interact with. Kudos!
