So good for quick bites in airport. Just combine protein and sides and you are good to go. They will heat protein for you in oven keeping moisture and taste. Our goto place in SFO.

Quick and reasonable 16 oz cup of coffee with oat milk (no upcharge ) for $4. I read the negative reviews of illy right across from proper food and am more than happy with proper food

The pain au chocolat (aka chocolate croissant) is sooooo good. I’ll look for it everytime I’m in SF

Rather disappointing.
- There are a lot of different options for purchase, but they're not laid out in an intuitive or helpful way, so you get crowds of people all in one small single space trying to see and decide amongst the choices. Surely there must be a better way to arrange and space out the options here?!
- The buffalo chicken wrap I had lacked flavor and, worse, was really, really dry.
- I know this is a Point-of-Sale default, but it really chafes to not only see crazy high prices for each wrap or entree, but then to be prompted for 15-25% tips on top of that when you're *literally* handing the box to the cashier to ring up and not getting an iota of service.

We stopped here to pick up some fresh pressed juice and use up some United Food Vouchers. The main reason for this review is for the staff - they were so friendly and fun! They were also super helpful and patient with entering in the Voucher MasterCards.

I bought the Mediterranean Bowl. It was an absolutely repulsive bowl of mush. It was outrageously over salty and I am a salt junkie!! Giant chunks of PICKLES, not cucumbers!! I only ate it bc my plane was grounded for 4 hours and I was starving . I never write reviews but this was extra horrible

the food and the service were very good. The only bad of heating up the buffalo was the hot lettuce which it made it acidic taste. The soup of the day was good size for the portion and very tasty.

Eaten salmon. It was cooked to perfection. After the reheating, it was still soft inside. Wishing chain will expand to Seattle.

Between visits they decided to start putting a pesto and mayo on their breakfast sandwich’s. I spent 17 on something I handed back to them. No offer of a refund or anything.
Good job
