Q Specialty Coffee is a popular and aesthetic cafe, often seen on social media. The interior is very nice, airy, and cute, though seating can be hard to find as the place is frequently full. The wait line can look intimidating, sometimes reaching 40-50 minutes on a weekend, but it often moves pretty quickly. Drinks come out super fast after ordering, typically within 10 minutes.

The menu features unique and aesthetic drinks, with matcha being a clear specialty. Many consider it some of the best matcha they have ever tried, which exceeds expectations. Specific standout drinks include the velvet matcha cloud, described as similar to a "Double Matcha," and the yuzu matcha cloud, which is strong, refreshing, and good. The spiced chai espresso cloud is also noted as a best choice. While the coffee and caramel latte espresso cloud are also called great, some find the coffee overhyped and not as good as the matcha.
