We loved the food except the panacota. The lobster pasta and crab cakes are to die for. Xiomara excellent in service

Quail + Crane had surpassed our expectations. Starting with the view of the airplanes, arts and ambience of the hotel. Enjoying all that while eating our wonderful dinner. And Sean our server was all smiles while attending to our needs.
Thank you SFO Grand Hyatt. We will surely comeback and bring our friends and family to share with them our experience.

Though usually a fantastic place, right now there's an employee strike going on. Very limited service available

Parking: Parking is always paid, validated by the restaurant but a $5 charge + tips is still required

Expect SFO prices but the food and service are excellent. Great place to have breakfast and read the complementary NYT paper while watching planes taxi.

Wonderful restaurant on the 3rd Floor of Hyatt, which is just a few stops away via AirTrain from the terminals. Their food, service and the venue are just so much better than any of the airport restaurants that it's well worth taking 5-10min to take the AirTrain to eat here.

I discovered Quail + Crane today while searching for a place near SFO before my cousin's flight. It exceeded all our expectations!

The food was delicious, the staff was awesome, and the service was incredibly friendly. The atmosphere was perfect for catching up. I highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a great dining experience near the airport.

Excellent quality, great customer service, wonderful dining atmosphere. Not your typical hotel restaurant experience. They have raised the bar.

We had a great lunch here. Service was a bit slow and unlike the bar upstairs, the wait staff here seemed very sullen, but cordial. We did like the airport & runway views and the food and drinks were good. We'd have eaten here more than once but the hours didn't coincide with our schedule - still we'd eat here again. We had the crab cakes, burger and salads...all good!

Excellent food, both at dinner and breakfast. Elegant surroundings and elegant service. Amazing quality for an airport hotel. Thoroughly recommended.

Stopped by to order something to go, then a flock of guests also came to grab tables for breakfast. I didn’t mind waiting because I have extremely high patience, finally the host took in my order and I was happy. The food came in a satisfying portion for the price and it definitely kept me full for awhile. I highly recommend this hotel restaurant and I will be back again!
