We’re local and were looking for a spot with both vegan and non vegan options to have brunch when we stumbled upon Quail and Crane. We were initially bummed to discover at noon on a Saturday that there was no brunch, and breakfast ends at 11, but we were so impressed and delighted by the lunch options that we will definitely be back. It’s so hard to find vegan eggs, and I was able to get them on the incredible vegan fried rice dish, which I was thrilled about! And my partner loved his wings and spam fried rice. Service was excellent, ambiance was stunning, highly recommend.

They had one of the best tuna tartare, great flavors. The other food was good and drinks were bit strong but felt commercialized

My experience was not so good. The Avo toast seemed stale and bland. No taste. May be I was not so lucky. There are better breakfast restaurants around and better avo toast.

I've stayed here many times. Breakfast is great, but dinner is a letdown — the menu is very limited and the food just isn’t good. The wedge salad has bacon pieces that taste processed, and the pasta came with random vegetables not listed on the menu. If you are reading this it probably becauae you are staying here, I recommend using DoorDash or UberEats for dinner.

Way over priced. This place needs to get a grip on reality and needs to lower prices on basic foods.

Hotel restaurant that serves a nice breakfast with airport views. I've eaten here a few times and always enjoyed it. Not cheap if you're paying cash, but ok when breakfast comes with your room

I’m very impressed by the service here, Carrie made very thoughtful recommendations when I was not sure what to order and I am very happy with the food !

Decent breakfast selection. Conveniently located near the airport. It's connected to SFO by the air tram!! Next time we would park at the airport and take the tram here while waiting for our visitors. Very relaxing place.

Great spot if you have a layover and have the time. You can access the hotel from the skytrain, and the restaurant is only a flight of stairs below the lobby. Food was pretty good, and the menu was interesting. They were out of some things we were interested in, but the menu was big enough to give us other options. Service was just okay (not bad, just so-so). We had a 3.5 hour layover, and that was plenty of time to have a nice, non-rushed meal and make it back through security with no problems.

We split a crab cake appetizer; I had the chicken pad Thai, and the husband had the black cod. Everything FABULOUS. For dessert we had the gelato triple and the cheesecake. Delicious. Delightful meal.

What a fun airport hotel restaurant location! You're able to look right out on the airport, watching planes come and go. Service was absolutely impeccable. Cocktails were amazing -- creative and fun while being delicious and beautiful. (Only complaint is that the bar is upstairs and it can take some time to get a cocktail) Wine list is solid, with excellent choices at reasonable prices. Food was out of this world!! We had Shrimp Fried Rice, the Wagyu burger, and the Scallops. All were cooked perfectly and plated beautifully. We didn't leave a single crumb! Highly recommend eating here, even if you're not flying anywhere!!

Promptly seated, but it took a while for the server to show up. Ordered a cocktail, appetizers and entree.
Entrees showed up after 15 minutes. Then after another five, the cocktail showed. Nice Manhattan. Then entrees, in a more timely manner.
Food was very good.

Best breakfast I had in a long time. I was there at about 7am. Quite. Not crowded. Nice view. Fresh interior design.
