This place is a hidden gem. I visited this place on a weekday afternoon for a little break from working. The passionfruit green tea I ordered was delicious and even had real passion fruit in the drink.Only 1 other person was ordering for pick-up when I was at the store, and they have a kiosk for efficiency, so it didn't take long for my drink to be prepared. This is one of the better boba spots I've tried in the city, and I recommend checking them out.

Really great fruit tea (水果茶), but the 700ml bucket size upgrade was not accurate. The wine bottle is 750ml for comparison and this was way less.

A fantastic place to get lots of varieties of tea, done very well. Also a good place to get boba tea. Their basic black tea has an incredible flavor unmatched by anything else I have ever tasted.

Crayfish fried rice and Cantonese fried rice, delicious! ! The taste is also very rich, and the amount is also very large! Crayfish fried rice is very special! It's a little spicy, but it's also delicious! Both fried rices have carrots, corn, and peas, and they taste great together!

I was actually here to install internet for with them as our client, but the women we were working with here was just so kind and actually provided us with a meal, and it was so good I just have to give credit where its due. This unassuming restaurant easily had the best kimchi fried rice I've had in SF and overall in quite a long long time, and it only took a few minutes! I'd recommend this place to anyone!

Quarters Teahouse is a small shop and parking is street parking. Service is almost non-existent and the workers are not as welcoming. They have plenty of drink choices, as well as bento boxes; desserts; and snacks. I tried their green milk tea at 50% sugar level and 50 % ice level as well. The sweetness was good, a bit sweet with a slight bitter tea taste to it. For half ice, the cup was mostly ice. The boba was tough like rubber though.

Summary: Decent drinks, but lacking in tea flavor Details: * Tried the hojicha cheese foam and Hokkaido milk teas, both of which were fine and drinkable, but you'd be hard pressed to detect much of the underlying tea in your drink * Ordering was quick and easy, though there may be a bit of a language barrier Accessibility: Smaller shop, but accessible

While most would be rating a boba tea shop by the quality of its drinks, I judge a place like this by the quality of its snacks. My kids will devour a good piece of popcorn chicken in seconds, so I am always on the lookout for good popcorn chicken. After reading rave reviews of this place, in particular, for its popcorn chicken, I decided to stop by on a rainy Saturday afternoon to place an order. Upon arriving, I was the only person in the establishment and thought how lucky of me! Anyhow, I walked up to the counter to place my order, only to discover they ran out of popcorn chicken. Disappointed, I looked at the menu and thought perhaps the fried chicken bites would be an appropriate substitute. Was told they were out of that too, so I went down the list and tried ordering the fried calamari, which they were apparently out of as well. Flustered, I walked out. A week later, I decided to give this place another try and lo and behold was finally able to get my popcorn chicken. The order came out quickly and the chicken looked delicious. I opted to pay by credit card and this is where things started to fall apart. The employee, who based on this interaction was likely pretty new, couldn't figure out how to use the credit card processing machine. I stood there for 10 minutes as he fiddled with the machine. Out of pure exasperation I went into my wallet and used the cash I had on hand. Yesterday, my son asked for some popcorn chicken, so learning from my prior mistake, decided to call first before heading to the restaurant. When I tried placing my order for some popcorn chicken, the worker mumbled something about not knowing how to use the machine, etc.... Bottom line, this place has some serious execution problems it needs to work out before I waste my time here.

Got the wintermelon mt and a passionfruit green tea both without toppings. They weren't bad at all!! I also got a popcorn chicken and it looked like it would be really flavorful but it was kinda bland before I added the chicken seasoning salt and pepper which made it 10x better!!! The sweet potato fries portion was pretty small but other than that there's nothing to complain about. 10/10 would recommend!!

For 8 uncrispy, flimsy, badly coated rings of calamari, I paid $6.70..... The breading was falling off and it was the worst "fried" calamari I've ever had. DO NOT GET THIS!!!!! I think you can save your money and go to TeaZo (across the street) instead.

I got the sea salt crema tea and it was supposed to be black tea. When I drank it, it tastes like gold tea. Worse than that, it was oversteeped so that the aftertaste is very bitter. All in all, the crema was the best pet but I did not enjoy my drink

Got the winter melon tea, Korean corn dog with cheese inside, popcorn chicken, Oden and mince pork over rice. I asked for zero sugar in the winter melon tea, but it still came out incredibly sweet. Perhaps it was the pudding I added, but it tasted sweet nonetheless. The Korean corn dog tasted like the prepackaged ones you can buy at the Korean market. Not bad, but nothing special. My wife was not a fan of the Oden. The mince pork over rice was too saucy, but they provided decent portions that will keep you full. The popcorn chicken was pretty good. If I was in the mood for popcorn chicken though I think I would just drive a few more minutes to Shihlin at stonestown. I personally like their popcorn chicken more. Think their mince pork over rice is better there too.

Everything is cheap and delicious. The drinks here are the best I've ever drunk and the popcorn chicken is the best! Will definitely come back again.
