I have been here many times since it has opened. I would have to say having this place in a mall is a plus because they not only serve boba, but snacks also. Most boba shops nowadays just offer drinks, Quickly is the original where they have drinks and snacks that fits everyone’s cravings since day one. The service and staffs here are welcoming, well trained and understanding. The menu consists of a wide variety of drinks from milk tea, slushies, specialty drinks, etc. Also they offer their famous popcorn chicken, other fried goods, rice bowls, etc. You can either order from one of their kiosks or at the counter. Everything is made from scratch which is always a plus, I never mind the wait since I have high patience. My order comes out quick and fresh. I highly recommend this place to all boba enthusiasts, if you are on a limited time or just want a quick bite. I definitely will be back to tryout the other delicious options they have to offer.

I ordered curly fries and waited a whole 20 minutes for them. I had to ask the staff several time just for them to check my order and tell me that they were out. They couldn’t bother telling me earlier when I asked 10 minutes ago and only told me to wait. Super disappointed and probably never coming back

I was deciding what to order in the corner with my friends, we were 10 feet away from the counter and then the lady said "move if you're not ordering because your blocking the line" even the girls in the line were looking at her because we weren't even in front of the line or near it. When it was our turn to order she said "speak up I can't hear you" I apologized and when I spoke up she put her hand in front of my face and said "your talking too fast" I showed her the order on my phone since she was having trouble and she didn't even bother looking at it. I'm never ordering food there again.

I forgot to take a picture. I ordered a mochi waffle. They made only half of the whole piece. I asked them why it was only half, and the ladies at the counter were so rude and said it was supposed to be like that. I will never go there again.

They don’t seem to run the business seriously, and they provide the worst horrible service I have ever seen.
