I ordered curly fries and waited a whole 20 minutes for them. I had to ask the staff several time just for them to check my order and tell me that they were out. They couldn’t bother telling me earlier when I asked 10 minutes ago and only told me to wait. Super disappointed and probably never coming back

I was deciding what to order in the corner with my friends, we were 10 feet away from the counter and then the lady said "move if you're not ordering because your blocking the line" even the girls in the line were looking at her because we weren't even in front of the line or near it. When it was our turn to order she said "speak up I can't hear you" I apologized and when I spoke up she put her hand in front of my face and said "your talking too fast" I showed her the order on my phone since she was having trouble and she didn't even bother looking at it. I'm never ordering food there again.

I forgot to take a picture. I ordered a mochi waffle. They made only half of the whole piece. I asked them why it was only half, and the ladies at the counter were so rude and said it was supposed to be like that. I will never go there again.
They don’t seem to run the business seriously, and they provide the worst horrible service I have ever seen.

Love their macha boba - the mini boba option was great! It is super convenient to order on kiosk and it notifies you when it’s ready!!

I ordered a crème brûlée boba latte and the image attached to the listing had boba in it. That is severely misleading as people like me might think the drink originally had tapioca in it. Second of all when I got my drink it didn’t look anything like a crème brûlée boba latte, instead it just looked like a regular boba latte. I didn’t taste any of the crème brûlée either. The milk tea itself was good but the overall was incredibly disappointing.
They revamped the store interior with self ordering kiosks now

My milk tea $4.50 came out in a reasonable amount of time. The milk tea lacked tea flavor. It tasted like 80% milk and 20% tea. Other locations like the SSF one is much better. I'm not sure how they screwed up a classic like milk tea but somehow they did it. At least it was cold and refreshing.

The young lady at the counter is very rude one as I have ever seen in my life. She didn’t really explained to us what we were asking about the order that we didn’t understand. She seemed like she was fuming and playing a game from her phone while taking our order as well. After getting the milk tea, it tasted so bad as the worst milk tea that I have ever experienced and that’s not something worthy.
