Great place reminiscent of old SF. First and third Wednesdays they have a fab jazz led by Patrick Wolff. Amazing. Great drinks and food.
The vibe. The decor, the Klimt reproductions, and MOST OF ALL, the music! The virtuosity of the band (Patrick Wolff Quartet) was a pleasure and a delight! I should also mention the martini with the blue cheese stuffed olives, the Little Sumthin! beer, and the rather amazing Brussels Sprouts will remain in our memory and cause come-backs! Thank you, Redwood Room for this bit of sanity in San Francisco - a city where I was born and raised but somehow never made it here before…
Bartenders are amazing, Jackie, Ted, Isaac know how to make a visitor feel welcome great time, Thursday, Friday , Saturday have a DJ who really mixes up music and keeps it live! A must see atmosphere is great, seating in spaces, food is great!
