I could not have enjoyed my stay at the Hyatt Regency SF more than I did. Exceptional friendly staff and the room I had at the top of the world with a world class view of the Bay , stunning. . . . Not inexpensive but if you can afford a room here with a water view, , do not hesitate. Ferry building across the street is fun to browse and the boardwalk wonderfully walkable/runable.

Our family stayed for 3 nights at the Hyatt in a double Queen room on the eighth floor. For such a large hotel, it was extremely quiet. The staff were very professional and helpful. The interior is beautiful. The room was clean. It’s walking distance to Chinatown, the Piers, the Ferry Building and many restaurants. It was a good choice for our family.

Disappointing. The room was not what we had requested. Then a TV didn't work and a sliding door to our balcony would not open. While the front-desk personnel were courteous and friendly, they were not able to get us the room we had requested.

Parking and the breakfast should have been included not worth the $100 per day . No drinks like they said and they hyped it up .No snacks for kids or food . The check in person made it seem like the RC was worth it and when I asked him $100 for the entire weekend he said yes and I asked again on one time fee right , said yes .We check out and I got charged $200

This hotel was in a perfect location and had wonderful service. It was spotless and exceeded all of our expectations. You are a quick walk to the Ferry building and have great access to everything along the Embarcadero, form Oracle Park to Fisherman's Wharf.

Great location and super clean stay. The staff was friendly and answered all questions. The access to location and services in the hotel was great.I would come back to this hotel again. Recommend to anyone staying in the Bay.

Great location. My party had some trouble checking in, and I noticed some things weren’t cleaned as well as I would have liked. Overall would stay again. It was in a great location, I felt safe, and there’s plenty of places to get food nearby.

enjoyed my stay. as a discoverist, I did receive complimentary bottles of water but had to get from the lobby market. a recent stay at another Hyatt provided the water in the room each day...which was much appreciated.

I went on vacay with family. There’s no swimming pool and good amenities and staff was rude. Didn’t listen to my request for room change. I paid for the balcony view (it was expensive) and got the corner room where I could not see anything.

Located at top floor of the hotel. They serve continental breakfast from 6.30 AM. The lounge closed at around 9 PM. Quite plenty of choice for your breakfast. This regency club lounge is one of the best way to see 360 degree view of San Francisco and Bay area. I arrived on the weekday so it was not many guests. Overall, I would recommended this regency club.

We loved our stay at this hotel. We took our young son for his birthday to visit SF & Berkeley. Our room was spacious, clean, quiet, comfortable, and had a magical view of the Bay Bridge-panoramic view. We loved how quiet and clean the room was. Beds comfortable and pillows not too high was nice. Housekeeping were so friendly and brought us a microwave. The front desk check in staff are friendly and easy to talk to. They were hospitable and welcoming and helped clarify billing questions at ease. Breakfast buffet staff were also friendly and down to earth. The hotel facility is clean, nice and spacious but it has its own coziness and warmth from the staff. The location was superb! The Embarcadero bart station right in front, the major bus lines right in front and the Presidio Go bus that goes free to Presidio Park which drops you at a walking distance to the Golden Gate Bridge. We took a nice stroll to Pier 39 and Fisherman's Wharf, Chinatown and Union Square. We took a easy ride to Berkeley to visit my old campus. Then an easy ride on the bart to SFO. We booked a rental car, but we never picked it up and decided to use public transportation the whole time and it was easy and comfortable- even if we are so used to having our own car on travels. No stress about parking. My son scootered all around SF and Berkeley, even on the Golden Gate Bridge. The location is so prime along with this hotel that provided everything we needed to our comfort, and it is very safe. We had a wonderful stay.

One of the better Regency clubs in the Hyatt network. The view is incredible.
