After I paid i didn't tip because I didn't recieve any service like you would at a restaurant. The second we turned our back and started walking away, the cashier started saying how "she always tips no matter the place.... etc." in spanish (not knowing that I understood what she was saying). The food was great but I don't plan to come back if the cashier feels that comfortable taking poorly about customers that don't tip when I paid $22 for a half rack of ribs and this place isn't a sit down restaurant.

They look great, and I'm always looking for great rotisserie chickens! But the man with the tattoo on his face was surprisingly dismissive, ignored me when I asked a question, and even made fun of me cause I had a bag of salad in my hands.

Amazing sandwich

I’m not a pork fan but still loved the sandwich.
They had a long queue, but it was worth the wait.
Queue moves quickly so you can wait for sure.

Very juicy and flavor sandwich.
Fresh AF!!
Must try!!

Line is long but only ~15 minutes on a cloudy day at 12:30. Wish there were pickled hot peppers or something to cut the richness of the sandwich

Made a special trip to San Mateo to finely try it and they are a no show!

I purchase MANY bottles of the Beef Bone Broth. I have gotten TWO containers of Beef Bone Broth that have had chicken broth in them instead of the beef broth. I also have purchased a bottle of the broth where the seal was broken and the broth in the container was spoiled. I had to return it to the store for a refund. There are some SERIOUS ongoing Quality Control issues with your company!

We always saw the long line for this place at the farmer’s market and decided to try the porchetta sandwich. I’m not sure if it was an off day or what, but the sandwich had no flavor whatsoever. Totally unseasoned, unsalted pork. It looks amazing but does not taste amazing at all. Baffled by the hype on this one.

I ordered the porcetta sandwich, as is, no adjustments, and it was so delicious. I will definitely go again and try more dishes.

Vegetarian options: it's a meat place. not for vegetarians.

Bread used to be a lot longer. now ⅓ of the bread is gone. I used to buy one every week and share it with someone. now i have to buy 2.

The porchetta sandwich is well worth the wait. Only seating inside the ferry building and near the water.

Everything was very flavorful! Line wasn’t too bad around opening, and moves quickly. Will definitely be back!

One of the best sandwiches in the city. It’s my first stop when I come to SF. The balance of the fatty and lean pork with the red onions and arugula is food heaven.
