Local food truck that opens for lunch on Tue, Thu and Sat. They work fast, but know what they are doing. Tried their Bruschetta sando and brussels sprouts. Both were very good!

Shrinkflation. Portions are now significantly smaller and there is inconsistent quality. Sandwiches used to be consistently juicy with a balance of fatty, crispy skin and lean cuts. Now we often end up with mostly fatty pieces and no crispy bits.

In just want to purchase the meat, particularly at the ferry building location. The truck owner refuses to let me purchase just the pork. Even at the end of the day. Seems like he is too greedy to do so. Just make a sandwich

Who gave this place a bad review? The guy that owns it is Swedish German. Artist. The chicken is incredible. The potatoes!

I’ve been going to Roli Roti Gourmet Rotisserie for over 20 years. It is the best part of my visits to the Ferry Building Farmers Market. Whether I go on a Thursday or a busy Saturday morning, seeing their rotisserie truck feels like a warm welcome. Their quality and flavor have stayed high over the years, which is impressive in a city with changing food trends. It’s a true San Francisco favorite, and the wait is worth it even when there’s a long line.

The porchetta sandwich is the star and the reason I keep returning. The meat is well-seasoned, tender, juicy, and has crispy edges. It comes on a fresh roll that soaks up the tasty rotisserie drippings. It’s simple, honest food done exceptionally well, without gimmicks. If you want a high-quality sandwich that truly shows what San Francisco food is about, this is it. After 20 years, it’s still my favorite—and I don’t see that changing anytime soon.

A rare case where the hype is worth it. The food exceeds expectations. The pork has real taste in the meat itself, so it must truly be grass fed. The pork sandwich is a true winner.

I joined the line at around 12:05 PM on a Saturday and got to the register at around 12:50 PM. The pancetta sandwich was worth the try. The skin on the pork was super crispy. I wouldn't get again because of how long the wait can be but it was definitely worth the try. I agree with some of the other reviews who said that the sandwich could use more salt.

I don't get what the fuss is about. there's a long queue on Saturdays. I took a shot on a rainy day when the queue was 4 humans deep and yet I felt like it was a wase

Roli Roti is probably the most famous stand at the San Francisco Ferry Building Farmers Market. Their rotisserie porchetta is crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and pairs perfectly with the arugula.

I’d always been curious because of the long line — and it was absolutely worth the wait. Surprisingly, the staff were very friendly and served everything quickly. Note that it’s a cashless stand, so card payment only!

Got their whole chicken at Farmer’s Market on California avenue on Sunday Oct 12. The chicken was NOT cooked through 😖 The breast meat was pinkish and hard to chew. And costs x3 of the Costco rotisserie chicken.

Be advised: the line is not long because the food is good.

We hustled to get there before closing and got the last two porchetta sandwiches, new potatoes, and brussels. Amazing. Food was great and the staff was super cool and proud of the product.

Third time I’ve made a point to travel to the city for a Roti sandwich, after spending $18 plus a sandwich we found ourselves eating mouthfuls of FAT…
