The 30+ minute wait was 💯 worth it! The Porchette Sandwich was worth every penny! My husband knows how much I love pork and he nailed it when ordering me this heavenly dish. The arugula and onion marmalade put it over the top. The crispy pork pieces were perfection. I wish I could attach the picture here. Don’t skip this when in the area.
They did not in fact serve chicken sandwiches.
Best sandwich!
I’m sorry but this was all hype. Sandwiches had no flavor, super bland. Not worth the time it took to get the food or price.
Place use to be much better. Sandwich is somehow lacking flavor and the potatoes are old and dried out.
Nice people but the sandwich was not tasty . It tasted burnt and bitter and it needed som salt or a sauce or something. Also pretty pricy for what u get .
The concept is great, product is great.
Just my 2 cents.
Tips that would make it amazing
Season your sandwiches sprinkle that herb salt on top of the meat, the meat is delicious. It just needs salt. Toss the arugula in a balsamic vinaigrette then season with salt and fresh peppered
A simple tweak of to take it from plain to incredible!
The potatoes are great, but you’re putting the salt on top instead of tossing all the potatoes in the salt.
The ribs are amazing. They need salt too the use of a finishing salt on your sandwiches your potatoes, making sure to get everything seasoned not just the top part. Minor tweaks would make a huge difference.
You will see the line coming out of this little cart and ask yourself; is it worth it?
The answer is YES. YES IT IS.
Mid, at best. Costco rotisserie chicken tastes better, and the porchetta sandwich was very dry and lacked much flavour. The food definitely looks better than it tastes. The atmosphere is very good, and the service is great. The ribs are the best thing on the menu. Potatoes were bland and lackluster. Disappointed
Filling but salty and so oily but I guess that’s what makes it taste so good

I left my heart in San Francisco for this!
After I paid i didn't tip because I didn't recieve any service like you would at a restaurant. The second we turned our back and started walking away, the cashier started saying how "she always tips no matter the place.... etc." in spanish (not knowing that I understood what she was saying). The food was great but I don't plan to come back if the cashier feels that comfortable taking poorly about customers that don't tip when I paid $22 for a half rack of ribs and this place isn't a sit down restaurant.

They look great, and I'm always looking for great rotisserie chickens! But the man with the tattoo on his face was surprisingly dismissive, ignored me when I asked a question, and even made fun of me cause I had a bag of salad in my hands.

Amazing sandwich
I’m not a pork fan but still loved the sandwich.
They had a long queue, but it was worth the wait.
Queue moves quickly so you can wait for sure.
Very juicy and flavor sandwich.
Fresh AF!!
Must try!!
