Everything about this lovely little place is perfect. The service was fantastic and everything is cute and clean, the big open windows looking out onto Mission Street were especially nice. The sausages and pretzels are amazing. You can also get fresh sausages to take home. I especially like the duck, and the boar sausages.
The hot dog was really delicious and had a great balance of flavors. The bun was soft and fresh, while the hot dog itself was juicy, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. The toppings added a nice combination of crunch, freshness, and seasoning without overpowering the main flavor. Everything came together really well, making each bite satisfying and enjoyable.
