Kamau[spell check?] , Jesús , Tim , and everyone else that works here are hard workers and sometimes there's a little delay, but ultimately they get the job done and make great pizza that sets a high bar. We've been going to this Round Table Pizza for years and will continue to do so. The chain pizzas like pIZZA hUT AND dominos aren't even in the same universe as Round Table, so please avoid those guys. Thanks Round Table Pizza staff and keep bringing us great pizza.

It's been a long while since I've dined here as I had other neighborhood favorites over the years. My dad would order from here since they are close to home and do deliver. In recently reading an article about the company being Bay Area locally based, I figured to order Saturday dinner on a rainy Saturday night. I saw several specials on FB in addition to periodically getting paper ads with our local weekly supermarket ads. In studying their menu, there were promotions which I looked for in ordering from their website. I placed the order late morning for a 5:30 pm pickup time. I also learned there are perks in joining their loyalty program which I did. For our family of four, we started with the garden salad, family size ( two packets of 1000: island dressing; here's my serving with thousand island dressing ( For our pizzas, we tried the King Arthur's Supreme pizza, extra large ( pepperoni, Italian sausage, salami, linguica, mushrooms, green pepper, yellow onions, black olives on zesty red sauce; I liked how they are cut into small slices ( as portion control is a good thing. Besides, they were generous with the toppings. We also tried the crispy mini pepperoni and bacon Italiano pizza, large ( generously topped on a NEW parmesan seasoned New York style crust. To be honest, I couldn't tell the crust difference from the other. My mom found this a bit too spicy for her, without adding any chili flakes to it. I found it meaty and tangy, definitely good for pepperoni fans. Though good, I enjoyed the supreme a bit more with the broad diversity of ingredients. We barely finished half of each item which made more a number of meals in the next few days. When I arrived the restaurant, I saw three people working, the cashier, the pizza maker, and va delivery person. The cashier was on the phone, taking a customer's order, and he politely asked me to wait in a whisper as he did. After writing and sharing the order details with his coworker, he asked for my name which I announced along with my requested pickup time. A few minutes later, he brought my order out and apologized for not having a bag for my salad. I was parked just outside so this was not an issue. There is plenty of street parking though I don't know how busy it gets as there is a sandwich shop, bar, grocery market, and burger place within a few doors of here. Let me preface by saying, in ordering or eating here, don't expect a gourmet pizza made with '00' flour with blister. This is made in the old time style that I grew up eating. I will order from here again and hope to enjoy some of those loyalty perks in the future.

I ordered pizza with a 45 min delivery time. 1 hour later I received a text that the pizza would be delivered in another 45 minutes, for a total of 1.75 hours after I ordered it. I would not have ordered pizza with an almost 2 hour delivery time. I would have ordered food from somewhere else. Unfortunately, a similar delivery delay happened a couple of months ago when I ordered Roundtable pizza from the same location. This will be my last order from Roundtable.

Really bad customer service. I've been coming here for years, but kind of fed up with the customer service. I'm definitely gonna go to Daly City and take my business elsewhere.
When I arrived Gabriel(Manager) gave me my order which was wrong i than proceeded to tell him that my order was wrong and that I had spoken to Gerard earlier who by the way had great customer service thats all I had to do was show them my online ticket and they would honor my order when trying to explain that to Gabriel he become irritated which I asked for a manager he than went to get Kamau who is the morning manager who did nothing as Gabriel said he didn't give a fuck call corporate because nothing will happen because nobody over see them in which I asked Kamau is this how you treat your customers and how you let your staff and manger conduct business and he didn't care either i than asked for a corporate number which they responded google it 0/5 stars

The food is very tasty but what really sets this place apart is the service. I placed an UberEats pickup to the Portola location and when I came in to pick it up, they said they hadn’t even started it. The kind man who helped us, Gabriel, hooked us up on the spot. Shoutout to the customer service pro, Gabriel! I will definitely be returning to this location.

This used to be my go to round table but I'll be going elsewhere. I just had a ridiculous experience in this one. I get that it's a busy night and that there are only two people working. However, I did not get a single acknowledgement that I even walked in for at least 5 minutes. The guy was on the phone clearly on a personal call while making a pizza and avoiding looking over at me. Finally after his third pizza getting started without even acknowledging me, I finally asked if I could pick up my order which was very clearly sitting right there. He curtly told me to wait until he was done. Clearly this business doesn't need mine.
