This Safeway is so terrible it's insulting. The elevator to the parking lot has been broken for months, the place is perpetually understaffed and understaffed. Clearly Cerberus is working to see how little they can spend and still have a functioning grocery store
Safeway delivery is HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!! Ordered $137. Groceries cut the week... received 6 bags.... 2 bags of detergent - (correct, ) 2 bags of someone else's order , frozen items & dairy item's (WRONG) 2 bags of spinach, tomatoes & avocados (correct) MISSING: salmon, steak, romain lettuce, dill, mint, olive oil..... The elevator has been broken for months. How can I buy a cart of groceries and then use the stairs to bring things up to my car. Additionally, people with disabilities and mobility problems (which included myself) have a hard time using stairs. I'll just go somewhere else that is more accessible.
