The best vanilla ice cream I’ve ever had! Creamy, natural vanilla taste, rich but not overwhelming. Service is excellent and friendly. Generous with samples. Highly recommend.

Best mint ice cream I've ever had 🤤

Delicious ice cream and the staff is so friendly! We tried the fresh mint and peanut butter fudge. Great stop for dessert after visiting GG Park.

Nice Ice Cream

Would've maybe given 3 stars had it not been for the poor customer service by the old white woman working tonight. She decided my teenage son and I weren't worthy to serve and immediately went to the person behind us and asked what that person wanted to order. SO RUDE and insulting. We almost walked out but then a super chill young guy swooped in and asked if we wanted to order. Kudos to him. He had 1000x more manners and better customer service than that horrible rude old lady who thought we weren't worthy to acknowledge as customers. I saw another 1 star review with an identical complaint. Coincidence? Doubtful. We will never return here. You'll find WAY better ice cream at Smitten, BiRite Creamery, Humphry Slocombes and more in the city. Don't bother with this place.

Great portions! Mint that actually tastes like mint and an amazing chocolate sorbet

Stopped in for an treat after I had a long walk through GGP. Great service, what these girls have to deal with is crazy. I hope they are making great $$$.
So the ice cream was good, not great, but good. I will go back and try another flavor.

We were looking for an ice cream shop for a while and luckily found this little gem. It was delicious and it was much better experience than when we went to Ghirardelli the day before. I got a dairy free ice cream which I hadn't tried before. It was awesome. I tried some of what everyone ordered and they were all great. This place should be the iconic ice cream place in San Francisco, not Ghirardelli.

Clean, friendly and delightful place. Indoor seating with limited outdoor seating also. Home-made ice cream with a variety of flavors. Looks like some flavors change periodically.

Worst ice cream in the city

Their chocolate sorbet had a song that said, “like no other chocolate you’ve had,” and they nailed it! Creamy & luscious, it really was delicious! ♥️

Menta is really good

Great ice cream structure and interesting tastes. Mitchell’s or SFHC? Hard to choose the top place.

I'm a big fan of their rotating seasonal flavors, there's always a new one worth trying. I just wish some of them would come back again later!! Their waffle cones are really good too.
