el mal trato a los empleados en la terminal aeropuerto...como es posible que no respeten el contrato... lastima que los empleados no tengan el valor de demandar a la empresa...por qué no hay auditorías para saber que pasa es muy mala la forma de cómo tratan a los empleados...

I drove all the way across town because my son wanted Sbarro pizza for his BIRTHDAY!! After waiting 30 minutes for my 2 pizzas to be ready, I go allll the back home to discover our pizzas were BURNT to a CRISP...LITERALLY...These pizzas were TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!!

use to like going here but after today think I will have to pass. Garlic bread had no taste and the spaghetti with Meatballs was very watery. Not what I expected from Sbarro's.

Ordered and paid for two pizzas at our local Sbarro. Told to come back in twenty minutes. When we got back, the workers had given our pizzas to someone who had not even paid for them. Instead of offering something free for the inconvenience and having to wait for twenty MORE minutes, the worker complained to US that someone had taken our pizzas. I told him we couldn’t wait twenty mote minutes. I asked the second worker for our money back, he ignored us and took two other customers that came after us. I had to ask three times for our money back. Finally after writing down corporate’s number he gave us a refund. No pizzas for us. What makes this even more absurd is both the Corporate number and the complaint page online do not work!!!! I believe one of the workers gave his female friend a few pizzas.

Food order was inaccurate—in their favor. All of the food had a terrible after taste. Expensive for meh pizza. Pretty disappointed. We were hopeful.
