I love having the choice of small meals on the menu. It means I don't have to drag a doggie bag home. It is areal treat for my husband and I to to SF to have dinner at Scopo and listen to such terrific music. Barbara Murphy did an outstanding job singing our favorite songs. The guitar player could be Gordon Lightfoot's brother and the cello player is a special treat to the group. I just wish he wasn't stuck over in a corner where he couldn't be heard easily. Did we enjoy the night? You bet!! It was all good! Maryo Hammonds

I've a confession. I've only graced Scopo Divino twice. I loved it both times, and will continue to keep it on my speed dial for "a gathering where everyone invited needs to feel welcome". Beyond shining like a neighborhood gem, it's perfect and flawed, exactly the way I love my diamonds in the ruff. This is it right here, and here's why. I've an affinity for live music, like really REALLY good music. Hot Jazz entertains every Wednesday night, and I need to find a polite way to ask total strangers to stop talking. Scope every other night is also so sweet. Eat your heart out, boys and girls, and everyone in-between. You cannot possibly take a wrong turn off the menu, but go ahead and dare me. I'm happy to try again.
We often come to Scopo Divino on Wednesdays to hear Le Jazz Hot! The food is good - love the Scopo Burger! Lots of yummy wines to try! Last night we brought 8 folks from work, we were seated in a cozy booth - they loved the food and the fabulous music of Le Jazz Hot!
There’s always something happening here!
They have live French musicians every Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday and Trivia on Sunday, and Bingo night on Tuesdays.
The atmosphere is quiet for a talk, yet lively with the music in the background.
Tim, our serve did a fantastic job and helped us get the best items on the menu.

Well I wasn't pleased with them not selling catfish and kale greens anymore and I also didn't see the shrimp and grits on the menu anymore. Also heard that the chef from New Orleans isn't there anymore and I think that had much to do with those two dishes not sure 🤔 but still had some pleasant dishes but I think that was my last time going but the burger is a must have in my opinion if anyone goes.
We came here with a bigger group (6) and 1 toddler. The outside seating is nice. Somewhat of a weak happy hour. The owner is like a hawk and pushes more when you say no. I think what ultimately got us was the rudeness when it came to pulling the utensils out of my friend's kids hands when he was cleaning up. If anything, he didn't have to play tug of war with a toddler but come back in a few mins to get the utensils as the parents would have gotten them. This is a well behaved kid too.
Overall, decent wine but something off with the energy.
The owner gave a response to our yelp review & it was a complete distortion of the facts of what occurred. We will make sure to never step foot in this establishment. We rather support kind local businesses. Best of luck to him and his business. We have lived in SF for 15 years and constantly eat out with children and this was a first.
I came for dinner with a friend on a Sunday and was seated immediately. I had the $29 wild mushroom pasta with chicken, and it was honestly a bit disappointing. The pasta itself was cooked to a nice al dente and seemed good quality. However, the mushroom flavour was very mild and it was more like a pure cream sauce. There was a fair portion of chicken, but it was a bit dry and I wasn't a fan of the charred flavour. Sunday is trivia night if you're into that tho

Very lovely restaurant with tasty bar bite and small plate menu. Also, a lovely jazz band was playing the night we visited.

Delicious mushroom pasta dish with lovely orange wine pairing. Service attentive and really nice greeter who sat me just where I wanted for a quiet early dinner. Will be back!

Food was amazing !! You get a great quality of food for a great price especially for San Francisco . We did the bottomless food and drinks !
Food was pretty average for brunch. Omelet was only good item. Chicken and waffles, Benedict and the salad were pretty mediocre
Great service & food here. We enjoyed the bottomless brunch very much

Great wine bar, but also try their burger! They have a live band every night. I’m happily a member here. Shout out to Paul, we’ll miss you!
